With a decent party he's a puff, but still... Anyway, with his key, open the door that's 'N' of Shalash and proceed a few more norths until you find an 'up' exit and a 'Strong chaos warrior'.

EQ : This is fairly common knowledge etc (if Mortilas is the one i think he is, with bracers of wrath etc).
