VERY hard. However a midbie tank can do it. Although here your blasters will have to be tough and do a lot of cold dam.
Not too sure, although I do know you have a lot of other trackers and nasty helpers comming afer you. I think the worst are the crows.

Depends what you ll find on him, changes his eq randomly.
Make sure you have at least 3 or 4 hours of playing time, he ll take AGES to drop....boring.
