Monster Attacks :Not sure....although the worst he can do is spam to the rest of the mud about how sane he is....when he is a real NUTCASE. Even the doctor who is after him spams about how he would like to catch the escaped mental patient. Do us and the doctorr a favour and kick Rob's ass....When rob is dead take his head to the doc or some nurse and recieve a gift...However due to some wiz's cruel joke. The event bugs and you recieve hardly anything however in some cases you might get some gift. If you don't get nothing, Kill the doc and his nurse for SATISFACTION after breaking your ass in chasing a spamming nutter in the first place.
Hints to Directions :Well this is an event so Rob comes to the city. He does not hide to well either so your bound to find him.
