Info :Remember Garozad? well Lomit helps guild the mauler guild and if you attack Garozad them lomit will attack you with Garozad at the same time.
Toughness Level :Not too bad for me, but the Maul skill they do on you....UGH!
Monster Attacks :Mutilate, sometimes it even stuns you and can cause Massive damage.
Hints to Directions : from CS, 22 e, s, 5 e, 4 s, 3 e, 3 s, 2 w
EQ :Could be copper leggings or copper armour.  These are heavy to wear and not good for tanking since they make your parry drop by some amount.  However for soloing they give real! good strength so you can hit much harder.
Method of Attack :THey don't area, thank goodness. Just watch out for the mutilate skill.
Protting information :I think these are evil so AOG and IW.
