Warm-up Ordering Form

Last Day to Order: Monday, March 1st, 2004

Delivery Target: March 12th

Thank you to all who placed their orders by the deadline. The warm-up suits are coming from a California company and will be at the embroiderer's by Friday, March 5th. The embroidering should be completed late next week and the suits will be distributed by the coaches.
