November 3: Three-and-a-half months old now, Emily's getting
pretty good at wiggling around
to reach what she` wants... For reasons unknown, she almost always
pivots clockwise...
"Ok, lets see about these toys...."
"...ooh - and what are these..."
"yes?"
"Well, at least I'm upright..."
Nothing so sweet as a nice clean baby!
"Ready to go out in the cold, Em?" |
Sometimes all these activities just wear a girl out....

Thanksgiving at the Boschi's
With Jen's Aunt Jana and her family living about 20 miles from us, we
often get together for holidays... (Nov 25th, 2004)
This year our new friends, the Reynolds family, Elizabethe,
Patrick, and 7 month old Emmalei, came out to Jana's with us....
After dinner, Katie challenged her dad to a game of
cards, "Phase Ten"...
(l-r: Dennis, Katie & Jana Boschi, Matt & Emily)
"Ok, Em, what's our next play?"
And now for
a whole new adventure: SOLID FOODS!
Nov. 29: Emily's initial response to baby cereal
is somewhat less than enthusiastic...
"Well, I guess if Daddy recommends it, I'll
give it another try..."
"...and the spoon is kind of fun to play with.."
Historical Note: Em
never did like plain rice cereal much, but she doesn't mind it mixed in with
her fruit. Applesauce and plums are her favorite so far, though the first
food she actually got excited about was a taste of spaghetti sauce from
mommy...
