| Allright, this dream here really cuts the cake. Most likely weirdest series of events that I could possible stream together, and there are enough of those strange artsie twists that you see in foreign films that you have to think this is all symbolic of something, however, let me assuade your fears. To the best of my knowledge, the following is only the result of my subconcious being bored and smoking too much crack, there is no connection to my real life. (Note: There will be some rather incredible leaps of incongruity. As a now conscious and sane person, I realize that these are all ludicrous, but at the time everything seemed completely reasonable and believable.) It starts with me going back to college. I'm a sophomore, and feeling big and bad, like I know everything that's going to get thrown at me. The first oddity is the fact that my dorm is actually my old high school. And the room I end up in is the one where I took Lifetime Wellness in 10th grade. So I arrive with my stuff, and meet my three room mates. First is this really snobby rich guy, who I instantly can't stand, probably because he's wearing a sweatervest with a yellow bow tie. My other two room mates are girls, and I honestly can't remember anything about what they were like, except that they were much hotter than they had a right to be and one was blond while the other was a burnette. So the four of us have all of our crap in this tiny room, and it's really crowded. Me being the sophomore, and them all just freshman, I make the educated assumption that we should loft our beds to make more room. I remember arguing rather severely with the snob over this, but the next thing I recall was laying in my lofted bed while playing my lofted Nintendo on the lofted TV. And the girls thought this was cool, strangely enough. Then, out of nowhere, the blond makes the statement that, "Since we're all living together, we should go out, right?" and then she and the snob are going at it, while the burnette snuggles up next to me while I continue the videogame. Interesting side note, at one point my new girlfriend and I went to visit one of my friends from last year. The guy himself was actually someone I knew from my hall, except he was living in the room where I had taken Drama I, II, and III. He was smoking a lot of pot, and for some reason where the miniature stage had once been, there was a now a large bathroom. Time Leap: I had the impression that a lot of time passed, although I don't have any memory of what happened. The four of us were still rooming together and going out with the same people, except now the snob was one of the guys I work with in real life. And it wasn't supposed to be some one else now, he was still the first guy, it was just like he had transformed into the other. Well, as we were walking down the hallway, I suddenly realized that the blond girl was a vampire (don't ask me, I just KNEW it) so I grab her and tell the burnette to stab her with a sharpened pencil to kill her. She can't handle that, and runs away, so I yell for help, and a different guy I knew from my hall came running out of one of the rooms. He comes running towards me, but somehow along the way he morphs into his roommate from last year. Again, I had the feeling that it was supposed to be both guys, not a switch. Anyways, he stabs her in the heart, and she dies. We're both really relieved, until I realize that Benny, the guy from work, has been hanging out with her so much he might be a vampire. So we find him in a stairwell somewhere, and he's got on a red flannel shirt for some reason, and then I grab him and the other guy stabs him with the pencil. Allright probably the funniest part to the whol night was I remember thinking as he died, "Well, since he died, that means he must really have been a vampire" and I was relieved. Okay.....as if stabbing ANYONE in the heart with a pencil wouldn't kill them! I don't know, I realize this is more crazy that amusing, but I thought I would record it for posterity, or at least to be used as evidence against me when I'm caught for a suspected-vampire killing spree. |
