	I am the manager of Crawfish Time on Ridge. It es a drive through restaurant. We serve delicious boiled crawfish every day of the week. We are open for business from December through June.
	All of the crawfish we serve are from ponds in Estherwood and Crowley, LA. Here is a picture of me washing some crawfish to make sure they are clean enough to be served.
