The differences between the means of transport are enormous: Many trailers still have rigid tubular steel drum axels. This results in a difficult unwinding of cables. To simplify unrolling, our trailers are equipped with shafts on rotary bearings. The drum can be unrolled easily and this simplifies work. Motorized hydraulic drum drivers which also load and unload the drum turn a cable transport trailer into a convenient and functional cable-laying machine.
Cable winding also covers a wide spectrum, ranging from the one-meter drum to the three-meter drum and from one tone to ten tones.

Construction: These
trailers catering for various payloads are specially designed to cope with
all the problems of daily cable laying.
Loading system: For loading the support arms are swung down and then raised picking up the drum by a single hand winch. In this position the cable can also be wound off. All types are equipped with an easy rotating steel tube axle Ø 65 mm. Undercarriages: Single axle with torsion bar suspension and overrun brake for 80 km/h. KVS 700 and 900 are available with straight rigid or adjustable draw bar. G = rigid draw bar H = adjustable draw bar Accessories:These trailers may be equipped with a loading platform for transportation of other goods. Together with a built-on hydraulic or pneumatic drive these trailers will bring your Cablejet blow=in system to technical perfection. The cable is unrolled without using power from the blow-in unit thereby increasing blow-in lengths and speed.

For an especially
robust and popular trailer design. The drum is held by two lifting arms
which swivel backwards hydraulically. The dual-action hydraulic cylinders
can be actuated on the trailer by the tractor vehicle’s hydraulic system
or by the motorized hydraulic system on the trailer.
Twin-line compressed air brake and lighting in accordance with EU standards. A detailed

 You
can easily put the cable drum and transport unit together for a combination
to suit your requirements.The cable drums can be raised either manually or electro-hydraulically. The portable
units can be moved manually or by forklift truck. They are also available
as pure transport units or as coiling units with electrical or hydraulic
drives.
Steplessly adjustable rolling and unrolling speeds of up to 60 m/min. the tensile forces of up to 5 kN are pressed with springs onto the drum disks via 2 rubber drive rollers. They adapt themselves well to unevenness. Braking the unwinding unit can be done mechanically or hydraulically. The cable
length measuring units can be easily moved backward and forwards on the
carriages in accordance with the cable winding. The counter unit can be
fitted with a forward counter which automatically switches off the drive
after the set cable length is reached.
