I first started counselling 14 years ago and have a B.A. Honours degree in
Psychology from the University College of North Wales, and a Diploma in
Counselling from the University of the West of England.
I am an Accredited
Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling.

I have 16 years experience of working within the voluntary sector,
particularly in the field of homelessness. I have experience of supervising and
managing staff, co-ordinating volunteers and delivering training.

I have worked as a counsellor in in a number of organisations offering specialist services
to people with the following issues:

In addition I have managed a private counselling practice for 5 years,
working with individuals on a wide range of issues such as low self- esteem,
bereavement, adjusting to life changes etc.........

My approach is sensitive and creative, responding to whatever is appropriate
for each individual. We will regularly review our progress.
All my work is supervised by a more experienced counsellor and I adhere to
the BAC Code of Ethics.
