This is the web portfolio of me, Maurice Barker. This web site contains web pages I have done, my resume, and contact information so you can let me know how you enjoy it. This web site reflects some the work I have accomplished in my last two years at STAR Institute and provides potential employers a glimpse of my web skills.
About Me
I was
born, raised, and educated
in Lansing, Michigan. I enjoy web design, programming, and presentations. What I
like so much about doing web work is the ability to have infinite creativity. If
I were not doing web pages and going to college I would probably somewhere pushing
a mop at a dead-end job. I enjoy all the people I have met through my computer
studies and all the career opportunities in life it has brought me. I graduated
from J.W. Sexton June 2004 and completed my two years of college level
computer courses from STAR Institute in 2004. In STAR Institute I passed the
Computer Internet Webmaster (CIW) certification test to earn a CIW certification
. My plans for after high school are to go to LCC and study to
achieve an associates degree in computer networking for business, while maintaining
a full-time job in the computer industry after my 18th birthday
(9/07/2004).
