I. RANGOLI:TRUE COLOURS
a. One team per college
b. 2 people per college
c. has to be prepared on 3 X 3 space
d. basic drawing material(chalk) shall be provided
e. stencils, paintings & refrences are not allowed
f. sticking materials strictly not allowed
g. the theme will be announced ½ hr before the start of event.
h. The time limit is 2 hrs
i. Rangoli powder will be supplied on the spot by the organisers
j. Entry fee Rs.10/participant
k. No slogans allowed
