Madonna's record company and an Australian touring company, in conjunction with a certain Australian (Melbourne based) radio station are set to annouce what we all think will be Madonna's 2002 Australian or Australasian tour.
There was an advertisement on Melbourne's FOX FM today, September 1 at about 2pm that on Thursday September 6 there will be an announcement at 5pm on the radio station.
The announcement was quoted as being the biggest concert event EVER to hit Australian shores, it is mavstar's judgement that the concert would
take place in the new year, with
previous rumors sticking to March
as Madonna's tentative Australian
or Australasian dates for 2002

The time and date of the announc-
ement is strange but that would be
due to certain rights there are, to
announce such a date and time.
"Impressive Instant" was playing in
the background (not giving any-
thing away of course). Madonna's
Drowned World Detroit show was
recently screened on Channel 9
here in Australia and the news that
a tour may be heading our way
may also have something to do
with the ratings of the evening.
Over 500,000 viewers (a lot in our
country) were recorded to have
seen the show on Channel 9. The announcement that there may be a show here could be linked to this. mavstar is uncertain as to whether Madonna would play only one Sydney show or several Sydney shows or even a full-scale tour of our country. Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and even Darwin should be included in a full-scale tour of the country.

The news wasn't good as the ad turned out to be a "Rumba" Australian feature concert ad, with "Impressive Instant" being just a teaser! Not Fair in my opinion.
The latest news at hand from a
leading ticket seller here in Melbourne
Australia, is that Madonna is still to
