We know you've heard of the Nintendo Gamecube which came to be in November 2001. It was and is one of the biggest things around. When it came out it was a price of $200, which still wouldn't cut the costs it took to make the system. Nintendo would make all their money from the games. They would have to be good, and here at Variety Extra we all agree they really are good. I'm pretty sure you've heard of Super Smash Bros. Melee. This is one of those great games, and is so good some people decide to buy this game just because it plays this game. Now a days the Gamecube costs just $150, and can play only games. Though not to many games have come out yet for the Gamecube, it still is the third leading system out of all the gaming consoles around. The second being the Xbox, and the first being the PS2. As the writer of this I think the Gamecube is second best, and well worth the cost especially if you have younger siblings who want to play games like their big brothers and/or sisters. If you have $150 around the house, and lots of brothers and sisters, and you are in love with the Gamecube's awesome games, this purple or black console is for you.
