·         Built and managed team of 9 IBM and contract employees to implement project including track hours worked, budget, expenses and complex schedules. Completed project on time and budget.

·         Promoted 1998.

 

Project Manager - Point of Sale (POS) - California, Washington and Oregon

·         IBM client - Longs Drug Corporation, expansion to the Pacific Northwest, 35 stores opened.

·         Consulted with Longs IT and project management groups as well as IBM Global Services project management team on installation goals. Oversaw and evaluated pilot installation.

·          Developed detailed installation instructions and procedures used by installation teams.

·         Headed installation team in Washington and Oregon while providing technical support and timeline management to two additional teams. Completed project on time, on budget.

 
Team Lead - Nationwide

·         Ford Motor Company National rollout of Novell to NT network conversion. Traveled to Ford manufacturing facilities nationwide and worked with network administrators on requirements.

·         Wrote detailed, site-specific installation instructions for network conversions.
