Story:
Tokyo Babylon is basicly about three ppl. Subaru-san, his twin sister Hokuto-san and... *wince* Birdman! }>D Okay so heres ther break down. Subaru is the 13 head of the Sumeragi Clan. The Sumeragi are a caln of strong mediums or "Omnyoujii". It has been said that Sumeragi defined means the "Emporer's Pride". Apparently it has been for at least 13 generations! Now Birdman is from the Sakurazukamori Clan. They are the bad guys. They are assasins from what I understand. They're mission is to generaly hunt down the members of the Sumeragi Clan. Kind of like some kind of chess game. O.o;;;
Now thanks to Birdman messing with Subaru's head they had some kind of relationship. (( Even though it wasn't Subaru's fault!!! )) When Subaru was five Birdman made a bet with him that if he didn't think Subaru was "special" by the time he was grown up then Birdman would kill him.
So to make a long story short Birdman decides to kill Subaru. Then as they find this out (( Hokuto and Subaru )) Hokuto decides to discise herself as Subaru and then Birdman kills her. But before she dies Hokuto-chan puts a spell on Birdman that states that when Birdman kills Subaru it will back-fire and Subaru will end up killing him insted.
And it works. But that happens later on in another anime called X/1999. But in the meantime Subaru is heart-broken because Birdman killed his sister. And does Birdman care? Noooooooooooooo!!! Why? Cuz Birdman is a FREAK. |

Subaru-san is the main character in Tokyo Babylon. He also appears on an anime called "X/1999" which is said to have taken place five years after the whole TB incident. Subaru is the 13th head of the Sumeragi Clan which makes him a very powerful medium. But for all that power Subaru-san is simply a shy and sometimes quiet person. And he is very respectful to people and always willing to help them. Whenever he thinks he's offended someone it's no surprise to see him bowing and saying "Gomen, gomen!" over and over. (( Even on the phone!!! )) |

Sumeragi Hokuto |

|
|
Hokuto-san is the free spirited twin sister of Subaru-san. She has a very unique and clever sense of fasion. She designs most of the things that Subaru-san wears and because they are rich it's pretty easy to make anything! It's been said that she encouraged the relationship between Subaru-san and *wince* BIRDMAN but I bet that Birdman might have done something to her tea while she was drinking it one day that caused some long term effect. ((Told you he was evil... the things they don't want you to know ...)) Anyway she and Subaru hold a close bond in TB which made it very hard on Subaru-san when she was murdered... <_( |

After Subaru and Hokuto-san's father was killed by a Sakurazukamori assasin their grandmother took them in. She trained Subaru-san while he was growing up and was very strikt. I think she was a pretty good teacher. ^-^ |
