Dear Jose,
I sent the form you forwarded to me to my banker, Mr Cas te Kort. He told me he would contact you directly about this, there seemed to be something wrong. I'm sure you will manage.
Dear Jose, you asked me to add some more contact information on the claim which will be forwarded to the bank. I told you a long time ago that it is not safe for me to use the phone at the office of at home to talk about this matter. The same goes for the fax machine. I am to keep this project a secret; can you imagine my walking in to my secretary's office and send a fax to Africa? What will she think? The phone at the Ministry is tapped and recorded for security reasons and I am sure the Secret Police listens in on my telephone at home. I haven't got a fax machine in my house. So I hope this document will do as you received it. Can you please fax it to the bank on my behalf?
Jose, I hope your wife is well. It is mid winter now in Saaftinge, everything is covered in snow. I enclose a picture of my house; I am sure you will like it. I also enclose a picture of the Ministry of the Interior, to give you an idea of where I work. Actually, the Minister and I are on the second floor of the building. The view from the top is magnificent!
Thank you so much again for your warm-hearted e-mail message. No doubt I will hear how we will continue with our plan. Incidentally, have you thought about my proposal to invest in the clog industry in Rottumerplaat?
Yours,
=====
