Dear Jose Randy,

I received your e-mail, loud and clear Sir. Thank you for your detailed information. I am impressed with the work that you have done so far. You made yourself quite clear, and I should say: well done!

I asked my bank today, the Verdronken Bank van Saaftinge if there should be a problem receiving this huge amount. They expected no problems, apart for some forms which have to be filled in, but that can wait for the moment. Receiving such amounts involves quite a bit of red tape here in the Republic of Rottumerplaat, but for the most part the documents required are mere formalities.

You offered me 20% of the fund, I asked you for 30%. Being a high official with the Ministry of the Interior here I run a certain risk with this procedure, and that, I think, should be paid for.

So please let me know: how do we continue?
