Mail 53: Time to play a trump card which should really annoy them...

Subject: inheritance of late Engr Mohd Levy Shimony Salahelddin

Date: Mon, 26 Jan 2004 14:22:25 -0800 (PST)
From Cas te Kort (banker) to Musu Aga (IBA bank)

Dear Dr Musu Aga,

With regard to the payment of 300 euros in the case of the inheritance of late Engr Mohd Levy Shimony Salahelddin, which inheritance is to be paid to his cousin Dr. Max Wieldruk, I would like to inform you as follows. My co-worker Onno Verwonnen went to the Western Union office in Denmark again today with the pay slip we received after his previous visit to Denmark. He phoned me from Copenhagen to say all was well and the payment had been made this time; Western Union had checked it and double checked it. The money transfer control number is 973498494. The test question is: 'Who's going to answer the questions?' The answer is: 'Sir Robin!'

I will not hide from you that I am greatly worried about Mr. Verwonnen. I had his wife on the phone tonight. It seems that he has not yet returned from Copenhagen. There is a dreadful snowstorm outside and it is feared he may be lost in a snowdrift. Mr Verwonnen is a young father of a 2-year old child.

What annoys me most is that this payment could have been made by the revolutionary banking system. It was your very own bank, the International Bank for Africa, Lome Togo, which filed a form 308-BT with our Ministerie van Ecomonische Zaken on 9 January 2004, in which your bank declared to conform to the Rules of Revolutionary Banking. I enclose this form for your information and to refresh your memory, and I'm glad to report that your form was approved by the Ministry.

So it is far from clear to me and to my client Dr. Max Wieldruk why you are tarrying with the transfer of this amount of 16.8 million dollars, which rightfully belongs to Dr. Max Wieldruk. I would suggest that you speed up the process.

I expect to hear from you.

Yours,

=====

I thought it was time to play one of my trump cards. The form 308-BT was signed by the bank before Max applied for the inheritance. So this is in strict contradiction with theit very own script...
