Jonny Fairplay
versus
"Innovator of Impossible" Seth Caliko w/Michiru Kaiou
Singles Match
Referee: Chad Pattison
Writer: Steven Douglas
JP: Well Sully it's about that time for our
first match.
Sully: Here we have "The Innovator of
Impossible" and the pretty boy Jonny Fairplay. Who do you have to win
in this match?
JP: I strongly believe that...someone will
win.
Sully: ...you know...I don't even want to
comment on that. Lets just start this match.
Peter Santos: The following contest is scheduled for one fall.
Entering first from Manchester, England, weighing in at two hundred
forty-five pounds, Jonny Fairplay!
["Cold as Ice" shoots throughout the stadium followed by Jonny
himself. Wearing a jet black trenchcoat the boos pour from the crowd.
He stands on the turnbuckle, ignoring the fans while he gloats in his
own ego.]
Peter Santos: And his opponent, from Long Island, New York.
Being accompanied to the ring by Michiru Kaiou, The Innovator of
Impossible, Seth Caliko!
[Caliko enters the arena along with the tunes of "Sleep Now In the
Fire" with his blood red sunglasses and his traditional coat with
images of himself and the MWF. Cheers are heard and Seth gladly
accepts them.]
Sully: Both competitors are ready, the fans
are ready, and so am I so lets get this thing started!
[Before Sully could completely finish his sentence Seth takes
Fairplay and locks him in a choke hold. After a few seconds though
Jonny gets his arm up and rakes Caliko's eye.]
Sully: Oh come on now! That is definitely
illegal!
JP: I don't think referee Chad Pattison
cares, he wants the same thing we want. A gruesome match!
[Caliko retreats to the corner ringpost, and seconds later
Fairplay runs toward Caliko looking to splash him into the ringpost
but as soon as he jumped in the air to land on him Seth countered
with a strong kick to the face. Jonny's head snaps back and Fairplay
falls to the ground.]
JP: Now where did that come from?
Sully: Who knows, Caliko is crazy like that
sometimes.
[With Fairplay laying on the mat Caliko jumps to the top rope and
taunts Fairplay with the crowd cheering. Seth gets ready and hits the
Firestarter on the already injured Jonny.]
Sully: Jesus Christ! What a move!
JP: Indeed it was, hitting its mark
directly.
[Caliko goes for the cover, 1...2...Fairplay gets a foot on the
rope.]
Sully: This may be a good time to remind the
fans that the MWF will have its next pay per view when London,
England holds MAYhem. May thirtieth, a match is already scheduled
with NomaD defending the world title against Anarkist.
[Seth grabs Jonny by his hair, but Fairplay hits Caliko with the
low blow and while Seth bends over in pain Jonny takes advantage and
hits Caliko with a DDT. Fairplay goes for the pin and puts his feet
on the second rope for leverage....1...2...immeditaely Chad Pattison
sees Fairplays feet on the rope and stops the count.]
Sully: That's what you get for
cheating.
JP: You do what you have to pick up the
W.
[A frustrated Fairplay slaps the mat and pulls Caliko up. Jonny
bounces him against the ropes then hits the superkick against the
oncoming Caliko. Fairplay, the man that he is, decides not to go for
the pin and gloats with the crowd. Eventually he goes back to Caliko
and slaps his head a bit. Michiru is outside the ring trying to will
Seth back to his feet, and with her inspirtaion, out of nowhere
Caliko hits Fairplay behind his knees and connects with The Cali
Kick!
Sully: Oh my God! The infamous Cali
Kick!
JP: That had to have hurt.
Sully: Well duh! God I worry about you
sometimes...
[Caliko goes for the cover]
[1...2...kickout by Fairplay.]
JP: It was a close count!
[The Innovator of Impossible tries to stay calm and brings Jonny
to his feet. Bad Idea. Jonny again hits the low blow without the
referee seeing. Fairplay gets Seth back up from the painful low blow,
and gets the inverted atomic bomb in. Again he goes for the
pinfall...1...2...speed kickout from Caliko! Fairplay drags Seth into
the middle of the ring and lays him on his back. He crosses Calikos
legs and hooks the arm...he puts Caliko in the STF! Caliko cries out
in pain as Jonny shows no mercy.]
JP: Oh, that's a very painful move. There
was this time where my arm was cramped and a friend put the STF on me
hoping to make it feel better. It didn't. Er...um lets get on with
this match.
Sully: ...Jesus...
[Caliko shows signs of great fatigue and appears to want to tap
out, but with manager Kaiou out there, it might not happen. She bangs
her hands on the mat trying to get the fans to join her in her quest
to free Seth. After a bit the crowd joins in, and despite Fairplay's
jeers, Seth gains strength and pulls himself out of it. Fairplay
can't believe it, and in his disbelief Caliko kicks Jonny in the
midsection, runs back against the ropes and hits a move similar to
the throwback. Caliko gets back up and pumps his hands in the air
showing that things are soon to be over with here.]
Sully: Caliko's calling for the end
here.
[Fairplay slowly stands up only to be greeted with Sweet Skull
Music. The crowd knows whats coming and Seth holds Fairplay, about to
hit The KO from Cali, but out of nowhere Fairplay punches Seth in the
noggin, knocking Seth to the ground. Fairplay, near the ropes, takes
Caliko's legs and pins him, placing his own legs on the top rope this
time, so referee Chad Pattison would not see...1...2...3!]
Sully: Fairplay gets the cheap win!
Peter Santos: Here is your winner, through pinfall, Jonny
Fairplay!
JP: I cannot believe that Fairplay will get
away with this travesty!
Sully: He may not have earned it but a win
is a win, right?
JP: Not if there's cheating involved!
Sully: Well all I know is that Dynamite has
gotten off to a great start, and I'm sure there's better to come
too!
JP: We're going to take a short break and
we'll be right back with yet more action....as Gutter Rat ad Doomsday
fight in the "Twisted Vizion" name against Steven Douglas and The
Hobo.
Sully: What an unlikely pair, we'll see you
after this!
