"The Deadly One" Doomsday

versus

"The Malevolence One" Iniquity w/Sky Blue

Singles Match

Referee: Chad Pattison

[Chad Pattison parades the ring, checking the ropes and giving the ring a firm bump.]

JP: This opening match will be a slobber knocker, Sully. Two huge men.

Sully: Colossal in their size. Lots of fists and body slams… if they can lift each other up, that is!

["You Know You're Right" by Nirvana brings out Doomsday from the entrance curtain. Small cheers escalate as the huge wrestler bounds down the entrance ramp.]

Peter Santos: Weighing in at 310 pounds… "The Deadly One"… Doomsday!

[Doomsday pulls himself onto the apron and steps over the top rope. With tremendous force The Deadly One hits the rooms. The entire ring seems to shift from side-to-side as "Iniquity In Hell" by The Devil hits the PA system. Iniquity appears. The crowd stare, mouths open, at his sheer size.]

Peter Santos: From the Tormentary Towers of Hell… At an amazing 420 pounds and a height of 7 feet 4 inches… "The Malevolence One"…Iniquity!

[Iniquity strides towards the ring. The crowd stay moderately quiet as he climbs the ring steps and steps over the ropes. The bell rings and Doomsday pounces. He clubs Iniquity in the gut, who doubles over slightly. The Deadly One clubs Iniquity over the back again and again.]

JP: Hailing from New York City… Doomsday is going for the brawl approach to weaken Iniquity…

Sully: Not sure if that'll work, John!

[The Malevolence One lands a head butt direct to Doomsday's nose. Doomsday staggers backwards holding his nose. Blood trickles to his chin. Iniquity lurches forward and clamps Doomsday in a bear hug.]

Sully: This could be over already! I don't see Doomsday finding a way out of a bear hug from a man this big 'n' bad!

JP: There's always a way, Sully. You should know that by now.

[Suddenly Doomsday takes Iniquity with a knee drop to the chest. Iniquity recoils upwards and Doomsday strikes the bigger man with a big boot. The Malevolence One, however, does not go down.]

Sully: That's like kicking a brick wall! No chance!

JP: I think you might be right there!

[Iniquity stands unharmed in the centre of the ring. Doomsday falls back against the ropes and comes back with another big boot. Iniquity this time staggers but still doesn't go down. One last try, Doomsday hits the ropes and brings his foot up for a big boot, but Iniquity dodges and takes a handful of Doomsday's throat!]

JP: A chokeslam! This is where Doomsday's weight could work against him!

[Iniquity lifts Doomsday into the air and brings him down hard with a chokeslam that rocks the ring. He goes for the pin as Pattison drops to his knees. 1… 2… shoulder up! The Deadly One immediately holds his shoulder in agony.]

Sully: Doomsday may have kicked out but he's done his shoulder in!

JP: These are the prices you have to pay for victory.

[Iniquity stands and begins to lay his foot hard into the shoulder of Doomsday.]

Sully: Clever wrestling!

[Doomsday fights to his feet and Iniquity grapples at his waist. The Deadly One struggles to avoid what looks like a German suplex. Eventually, he elbows Iniquity in the chin and moves away.]

JP: Doomsday needs to work fast. Men like Iniquity aren't usually stunned for long.

[As Iniquity gains his bearings, Doomsday bounces against the ropes and comes back with a tremendous flying lariat. Iniquity is floored!]

JP: Woah! Brilliant move!

Sully: Iniquity is down, but I presume not for long!

[Doomsday follows up the lariat with an elbow drop to the chest and then another variation of a knee drop. His goes for the cover. Pattison counts. 1… Iniquity kicks out! Iniquity sits up!]

JP: There's no stopping this guy!

[Iniquity stands and Doomsday slowly follows. A desperate Doomsday kicks Iniquity in the lower region and sets him up for the Shotgun Blast. With Iniquity's huge arms hooked, The Deadly One Doomsday attempts to lift his opponent into the air for some impact, but The Malevolence One overthrows Doomsday with a backdrop!]

Sully: I think this is the end.

[Doomsday stands, holding his back. Iniquity approaches, doubles Doomsday over and sets him up for the Mischievous Sprite. Lifting Doomsday into the air, Iniquity suddenly brings him down on his head and shoulders. Doomsday lays in a heap.]

JP: Jesus!

Sully: That's just plain nasty!

[Iniquity covers. 1… 2… 3! Iniquity's music hits. The Malevolence One stands and parades the ring for all to see.]

Peter Santos: The winner of the match… The Malevolence One… Iniquity!

JP: Iniquity is cruel but he has a huge future.

Sully: Cruel… but entertaining!

JP: I told you he has a huge future ahead of him in the MWF, he's big in size and soon he will be bigger than the MWF.

Sully: He has an ego the size of his triceps and tonight I have to admit, he has backed it up by beating Doomsday...who isn't the smallest of men.

JP: It makes you feel good to know the MWF always has some great talent coming through.

Sully: Yeah it does, wish some of them were better than old Iniquity here...

JP: Old!? He's only twenty three.

Sully: He's shown quite a lot of composure for such a young man I will give him that to.

JP: He has Insane Wayne to guide him through the rough early years of his career and Insane Wayne has been and seen it all.

[The camera cuts backstage, we are sitting in the back of a car...the light is off in the back and a face is half luminated by streetlights, we can just about make out the features of Insane Wayne.]

Wayne: When I started wrestling, I thought winning was everything. Punch by punch I gave it my all to win, to succeed to gain everything at my power. Back in the day I used to risk my life and limb to win. I would fly of 50 foot cages, I would set my self alight to make sure I inflicted pain onto my opponent, I'd do anything to win… Now I see things differently… It's not all about winning… Its about putting on a great performance, winning isn't everything, its just a good incentive to win, now I see things differently and tonight, you will see a different me…

[The voice dies away…as the car accelerates and the streetlights blur through the windows and Wayne sits back into darkness.]

Sully: Wayne getting all deep on us as usual, it is no reflection on his true character though...he is as thick as two planks.

JP: He's a very clever wrestler, he knows how to defeat an opposition before even stepping in the ring and tonight Simon Masters will begin to understand that you do not treat Insane Wayne lightly.

Sully: You treat him heavily, I think Simon Masters has to give Wayne a real beating tonight....show him who the real stars are in the MWF.

JP: It's another manic monday here on Dynamite and Joe Foale is making his return to the MWF...we saw him earlier with Ian Gonzales and he seems confident and relaxed.

Sully: He's up against Mickey Bombastic so I don't think he has too much to worry about, he's not going to be facing a big test.

JP: Foale was a success story the first time he entered the MWF and I know he will be hoping to make the same impression once again.

Sully: He gets people talking about him and that is a great skill to have in the wrestling world, this Bombastic kid has everything to gain and nothing to lose, most people in this arena won't be able to spell Wisconsin let alone know who he is.

JP: I hope we see the Foalesault tonight, I saw it while he was touring New Zealand and the elevation he gains is incredible.

Sully: Not too sure what Mickey Bombastic will pull out of the bag for Joe Foale tonight but it will go down a treat with the fans thats for sure.

JP: The fans will be one hundred percent behind Joe Foale, they love this kid.
