[The camera opens up on a shot of the MWF arena from outside,
we're in Richmond, Virginia. Ten thousand people are crammed into the
arena, the sign outside flashes wildly "SOLD OUT!" yet hundreds of
fans unable to get in are packed onto the pavements outside watching
the action from outside on a giant screen. The camera zooms right
into that big screen and we find ourselves inside the arena, "Jenny"
by The Killers blasting from the PA system as we sweep around the
arena, plunging deep into the masses of human flesh that raise their
arms to the camera. The voice of John Pilkington shouts and the
camera is cut to the announce table where Sully is up dancing to the
music with random crowd members.]
JP: WHOAH! We're live here in Richmond for
the seventy-fifth edition of Monday Night Dynamite, that's right
we've been going for seventy-five fantastic shows and it just keeps
getting better.
Sully: Hey JP! Shut up and dance, this music
is sending me wild....
JP: Sully's enjoying the party like everyone
else here tonight, it's going to be one of those nights.
Sully: We've got six matches and I intend to
enjoy myself for the entire evening, nothing can spoil my
night.
JP: It's a real party atmosphere, I am sure
there is all manner of cake and what have you backstage, we're
expecting the MWF President to make a public announcement at the
start of the show.
Sully: I might even like the MWF President
after tonight, we've got a thousand people in this arena who
shouldn't be here.....we've got hundreds out on the streets.
JP: That's right, the MWF has hoisted a
massive screen onto the side of the building and we've got hundreds
out there watching tonight unfold.
Sully: It's amazingly warm here tonight and
they'll be feeling the heat out there, but it's not as close as it is
to the heat inside this building.
JP: This crowd are dancing like mad....what
the?
[The crowd are going wild as a live band has appeared on the
entrance ramp, the guitar kicks in and "Smile Like You Mean It" by
The Killers blasts from the amps. The crowd roar as the band kick
into their next hit, Sully is on the table dancing with JP as the
camera pans around the arena. Signs are waved, crowds are waving
their banners with slogans of their favourite wrestlers painted on.]
JP: This is insane!
Sully: I can't keep up for much
longer!
[Lead singer Brandon Flowers walks down the entrance ramp, as he
sings high fiving fans. One lady throws herself at him but is pulled
back by security, Flowers makes his way to the ring as the rest of
the band belt out the chorus for one last time.]
Flowers: Smile like you mean it.....yeah.......smile like you
mean it!
[The crowd sings along and a couple of female fans break through
security and join Flowers in the ring as he twirls his mike around
with the female fans dancing beside him.]
Sully: Look at that hot stuff right there in
the ring...
JP: ...the MWF President must be wondering
what has happened out here, the entire crowd appears to have gone mad
for this band, what's their name?
Sully: The Killers! And they seriously
rock...
JP: ...."Smile Like You Mean It", well we
could see either Anarkist or Troy Knight smiling tonight depending
how the main event goes.
Sully: MWF World Heavyweight Championship on
the line once again....Anarkist needs to put a strong performance
in.
JP: Troy Knight's got the fight of his life
on his hands and he cannot afford to slip up for a moment.
Sully: If he does, his life will be worth
living, these are the nights that most wrestlers would die
for.
JP: Oh most certainly, a shot at the MWF
World Heavyweight Championship is beyond many a man's wildest
dreams.
Sully: I wouldn't bet against Anarkist
crushing Troy Knight here tonight, it might be a big show but
Anarkist doesn't give a damn which show it is.
[The Killers finish off and the crowd explode in cheers for the
band as the head off backstage, security bundle the female dancers
back into the crowd. "Zero" by The Smashing Pumpkins blasts from the
PA system and the crowd remain on their feet as the MWF President
comes striding out onto the entrance way, he raises his arms in the
air and his right hand propels upwards as he punches the air in
truimph.]
JP: There is one happy man, he brought the
MWF back to life and has helped to shape it into what you see before
you.
Sully: Something tells me he'll be pretty
happy with all these people in here, this crowd is hot.
JP: They sure are, any little thing is
causing them to leap out of their seats.
Sully: Walker's got that look in his eye,
that "Twisted" look.
[The MWF President strides down the entrance ramp, high fiving
fans and smiling as he shakes hands. He finally reaches the ring,
grabbing the ropes and showing no fear of his age as he leaps over
the ropes, looking healthy as he takes a mic from Peter Santos. The
twinkle his eye is still there as he takes the mic, to his lips and
leans his head back slightly and roars.]
Walker: WELLLLLLCOMMMME
RICHMOOOOOOONNNNDDD!
[The crowd pop like mad as the MWF President welcomes them to the
show, he walks around the ring....an extra something in his step as
he looks around at the masses of fans.]
Walker: Hello to one and all who are here
for this very special night, I know by right we've done a few extra
shows but tonight is the offical seventy-fifth show in the MWF's
history. It's one of those nights that belongs in history and tonight
we're breaking into the history books, and you're all part of
it!
["Walker!", "Walker!" rings around the arena as the crowd chant
for their leader, he smiles and acknowledges the chant.]
Walker: Tonight you will be seeing a match
that could really change the face of the MWF, the MWF World
Heavyweight Championship is going to be on the line. That bastard,
Anarkist....
[A massive jeer goes up from the crowd at the mention of the MWF
World Heavyweight Champion, Walker laughs at their reaction.]
Walker: You got that damn right, he's a
waste of space....and tonight he'll be removed from his temporary
thrown by a true legend of the MWF, by....our brave Troy
Knight!
[A huge cheer comes from the crowd at the mention of the former
MWF Television Champion.]
Walker: I've made my peace with my daughter,
and I will not let you ruin it Anarkist. No matter what you do or say
I will stand by her, I will love her, I will love my grand
son....because in my eyes he is not your son, he is mine! You don't
exist in my family tree, never will I acknowledge your marriage to my
daughter. You disgust me by what you did, in the past I was a man who
helped you on your way and you betrayed me with your crude
methods.
[Walker stands near the ropes, leaning on them with one hand.]
Walker: We'll see tonight just what you
really are Anarkist, and that is, in truth....nothing special,
nothing special.
["Zero" hits once more and the MWF President steps from the ring
to the cheers of the crowd as the camera cuts to JP and Sully, who
have no thankfully sat down on their chairs behind the announce
table.]
JP: That was a bit of a workout, and Walker
spelling it out to Anarkist that he will not be rooting for him
tonight.
Sully: Of course he won't, we all know the
history between those two and the MWF President doesn't like him and
he doesn't like the MWF President once bit.
