"The Abused Angel" Sean Williams
versus
Mr. Perfection
Singles Match
Referee: Brian Ford
Writer: Jon Beavers
[The "Abused One" plays and the crowd stands on their feet and begin to boo
the arrival of Sean Williams... He walks out looking with utter contempt for the
southern crowd, and they sense it like a pack rabid hyenas. The crowd jeers some
more as he continues to make his way to the ring. He reaches the ring and roll
in and then stands up, arguing with a lady in the front row symbol. The music
stops and we wait for Mr. Perfection.]
JP: Fans wanting to provide a little more abuse to the Angel...
Sully: Yeah, well we all know how fickle the fans can be...
JP: Sully!
[Here Comes Perfection plays on the sound system and he walks out with his arms
raised in the air. The crowd boos again, as Mr. Perfection smiles and makes his
way to the ring. He looks around at the crowd and just shakes his head and
laughs. He then runs towards the ring and slides in. Williams rushes at him and
tries a clothesline, but rolls under it. Perfection then stands up tapping his
head, noting what a smart move it was, but Sean Williams waits for him to turn
around before clothes lining him down.]
JP: That may have been a perfect duck to the clothesline, but he got a bit too
confident and forgot that he's wrestling a match!
Sully: Looks like the Angel plans on performing a little of abuse on his
own.
[Perfection gets up and Williams hits him with a few right hands and then throws
Mr. P into the ropes. He bounces off them and comes back to get a huge back
drop. Perfection gets up and The Abused clotheslines him down and then crawls
back to the head of Mr. Perfection and begins to furiously hammer away at it
with right hands... He stops and stands up. He grabs Mr. Perfection, but quickly
is countered with a jawbreaker. Williams stumbles back and Perfection gets up
and clotheslines him down from behind.]
JP: Nice job by Perfection in stopping the momentum that The Angel was
building.
Sully: Perfect John, that was Perfect..
[Mr. Perfection grabs The Abused Angel and lifts him to his feet. He throws him
into the ropes. Williams bounces off them and ducks a clothesline attempt, and
bounces off the other set, as he comes back, he's floored with a sidewalk slam.
The Angel gets up again and Mr. Perfection kicks him in the stomach and then
knocks him down with a knee lift. A cover, and 1.........2.....and Williams
kicks out. Mr. Perfection picks him up and throws him into the corner. He runs
after him, but The Angel raises his foot, catching Mr. P in the jaw. He staggers
back towards the centre of the ring, with his back to Sean, who runs at him and
hits a bulldog.]
JP: Wow! didn't see that coming.. Both men in good form tonight.
Sully: Yeah, but not a word from either all week, what's up with that?
JP: Both men wanting to show what they've got, and I guess decided to do it in
the ring.
[Sean grabs Perfection and throws him into the ropes. He bounces off the ropes
and again ducks a clothesline attempt. Williams turns around and Mr Perfection
comes off the ropes with a dropkick.]
JP: Nice counter.
Sully: Textbook. Both men are proving to be dangerous men when they have
control of the match.
[The Angel slowly gets up and Mr. P grabs him and gives him a DDT. He reaches
back and covers... 1... 2... And Williams kicks out... Perfection grabs and
lifts him up. He kicks him in the stomach and then throws him into the ropes.
The Abused Angel lowers his head too soon and Mr. Perfection comes back and hits
a swinging neck breaker. He again crawls over to and covers him.
1.........2......and Williams kicks out again.. Perfection seems distraught, but
picks him up and goes to hit a suplex, but The Abused Angel punches him in the
stomach, and tosses him into the ropes, both men have a plan, and it works for
both of them, as each catches the other with a clothesline. The referee begins
to count.]
JP: Both men knocked each other down with a hard clothesline.
Sully: Who is going to get up from this first. Both have really taken it to
each other early.
[1..................2......................3........................4...........
Both men start to stir..... 5...... The Abused Angel gets to his knees and
finally to his feet, breaking the count. He goes over to Mr. Perfection to
continue the attack, but Sean Williams nails him with a right hand. Perfection
rolls around holding his face. Williams goes for the cover,......1.........2.......and Mr. P gets the shoulder up. The abused Angel
gets up
and can't believe it. He then raises his arm in the air to get a cheer from
the fans. He lifts Mr. Perfection up and lifts him on his shoulder for a
stalling power slam. Mr. Perfection however slides off it and behind and runs
to the ropes for momentum. As The A.A. turns around he's meant with the
"Perfect" clothesline.]
JP: There it is! The angel has fallen!!
Sully: The "Perfect" clothesline from Mr. Perfection! That's his finishing
move and this is over.
[A cover, and the referee counts 1..........2...........3. The bell rings and
Mr. P gets up with his arm in the air. The referee goes to grab his arm, but
Perfection pushes the referee away. The crowd boos as he rolls out of the
ring, and begins to walk to the back as his music plays.]
Sully: Perfect!
JP: Perfection is a perfect Ass, that's for sure!
Peter Santos: And your winner, through pin fall, Mr. Perfection!
ViperJ
versus
"GMS" Gunman Stinger
Singles Match
Referee: Brian Ford
Writer: Paddy Stoate
JP: Here we go folks! This is the second match of the
night, and what a match we just saw between Sean Williams and Mr Perfection!
Sully: Ah, who cares about them? We've got two quality wrestlers right here, in
Gunman Stinger and ViperJ!
[As if on cue, Turn It Up, We re Going Down by Crowned King hits the PA, and the
fans begin to cheer for the impressive young man who appears on the stage.]
Peter Santos: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match up is scheduled for
one fall! Introducing first, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weighing in at two
hundred and thirty pounds Viper J!
[He jogs down the ring, slapping a few hands. A fan is holding a sign saying I
AM A BROKEN GUITAR STRING , and Viper nods and shakes hands with the young lady
specially, much to the delight of the fans. He then runs and
slides into the ring and begins to test the ropes, as his music is replaced by
Jay-Z s 99 Problems , and the fans begin to boo as Gunman Stinger is
introduced.]
Peter Santos: And his opponent, from Hollywood, California, weighing in at
two hundred and ninety six pounds Gunman Stinger!
[The man walks quickly down the ramp and up the steps, climbing underneath the
top rope and into the ring. He is wearing his trademark GMS t-shirt, which he
removes quickly, before squaring up to the smaller Viper J. A few
words are traded, and something must have offended GMS, as he slaps Viper,
knocking him into the ropes. The bell rings and ViperJ runs at GMS, having
bounced off the ropes. He comes back with a flying Clothesline, which takes
down Stinger, and begins to pummel his head.]
JP: Wow! ViperJ getting right into it!
Sully: I can t believe he took down GMS!
[ViperJ gets off GMS, and stands up to uproarious cheers. He runs at the ropes
and returns, landing a running front dropkick to the side of GMS's head. Stinger
goes rolling out of the ring, much to the cheers of the fans.]
JP: Gunman Stinger having the fight taken to him here by
ViperJ.
Sully: It s a smart move by GMS, getting out of the ring to compose himself!
JP: Well, I can t argue with that.
[Stinger wipes his forehead, and, eyes never leaving ViperJ, climbs the steps
and gets into the ring. The referee tells the two competitors to lock up, and
they do. This time though, GMS gets the upper hand and puts a headlock on
ViperJ. He applies a lot of pressure, and Viper s hand goes for GMS s hair. The
ref shouts at him, and he releases, but then goes at it again. He holds on this
time though, so referee Brian Ford begins the count, and J lets go at four. He
then, having weakened GMS a bit, lifts the much larger man, and lands a Back
Suplex that releases the headlock!]
JP: Back Suplex! What a counter!
[Both men are laid out flat, and the referee begins the count: 1 2 3 4 5 6 They
are on their knees 7 8 9 Both men are up, and they run at each other, GMS
landing a huge Clothesline! He goes for the cover, but only achieves a two
count. He then grabs ViperJ and pulls him to his feet, whipping him into the
ropes. Stinger bends over and waits for ViperJ, looking for a Back Body Drop,
but Viper reverses with a kick to the shoulder, straightening GMS up and setting
him up for a nice Dropkick to the knee. Gunman Stinger hits the mat on his face
and his hands go to his knee. Not wasting a second, Viper J grabs his leg and
applies a Figure Four Leg Lock!]
JP: Figure Four! That's all she wrote, folks! Pack Gunman
Stinger's bags, this is a match ender!
[Gunman Stinger is screaming in pain, and desperately trying to land a punch to
ViperJ, but cannot reach. In an attempt to get free, he tries to pry Viper's
legs off him, but it doesn't work. So, after a while, he tries to turn over.
ViperJ tries to stop him, but GMS manages it, and crawls to the ropes, forcing
Viper to let go. GMS lies on the mat as Viper approaches him, begging for
mercy.]
JP: Look at that coward, begging for mercy!
[However, as ViperJ advances on GMS, GMS sticks out a hand and lands a thumb to
the eye, temporarily blinding ViperJ, who walks right into a Scorpion Slam!
Gunman Stinger collapses on his injured leg, not able to make the cover, as
ViperJ has rolled away. Once again, the count begins. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 They are on
their knees 8 9 At nine and a half, Viper is up, and GMS is right behind him,
and they run at each other. This time, however, ViperJ ducks under Gunman
Stinger s Clothesline, and spins around with a kick to the midsection. But GMS
reverses, grabbing his leg. This doesn't
trouble ViperJ, who goes for an enzrugi, but GMS ducks! ViperJ spins right over,
and GMS turns it into a Dragon Screw! The fans begin to boo as GMS bends over,
crosses Viper's legs, and locks in the Scorpion Deathlock!]
Sully: Scorpion Deathlock! Now THAT is a match-ender, JP!
[Now it is Viper J's turn to be screaming in agony; face pressed against the
mat, he tries to crawl towards the ropes. However, GMS does not let him, and
simply tightens the hold, amplifying Viper's yells of pain.]
JP: My God! How can ViperJ survive such punishment?
Sully: He can't! He's going to tap!
[ViperJ does not tap, however, and GMS's face turns into a picture of
astonishment as Viper begins to crawl, slowly at first, then picking up speed,
forcing The Scorpion to step backwards, ever closer to the ropes.]
JP: He's doing it!
Sully: Fight it GMS!
JP: He's going to make it!
[Viper J does make it, and the fans go ballistic as he grabs the ropes. GMS does
not relinquish the hold, though, and referee Brian Ford has to make the count.]
JP: Look at that bad sportsmanship by Gunman Stinger, not
letting go when ViperJ has the ropes!
Sully: He's just giving Brian Ford something to do!
[Ford does indeed have something to do, as he is forced to pull GMS off ViperJ,
and GMS stands up quickly, pushing Ford backwards. GMS hits a devastating spine
buster on Viper J and begins taunting. As he begins bantering with the official
Phantom X makes his way to the ring to ensure nothing occurs.]
JP: It appears Stud’s threats have Gunman a bit afraid.
Sully: Like hell! GMS fears nothing, Phantom just wants a closer view of the
action.
[Phantom gets midway through on the ramp before Audioslave’s “Exploder” blares
over the PA.]
JP: Well it looks like Stud is making good on his threats.
Sully: If that’s the case then he still has Phantom X to go through, I’d like to
see that.
[Everyone’s attention is focused on the ramp, the referee goes down to interject
between the oncoming altercation between Phantom X and Stud. Stinger staying
back in the ring, paranoid as can be.]
Sully: Well where is the INC.? Ha, he chickened out… CHICKENED OUT!
[Phantom begins walking towards the entrance and the ref follows behind warning
him to take it to the back… with GMS’ attention diverted to the ramp, he is
oblivious to the gentleman jumping the barricade, sliding in the ring.]
JP: IT’S STUD… IT’S STUD… He is here waiting to strike.
[Diligently he struts behind GMS, the crowd roaring. With a slight tap on the
shoulder, Stinger slowly turns, afraid to see who it could be, but before he
gets a good look, he’s met with a sharp boot to the midsection and is taken
under Stud’s right arm. He’s hoisted up on the shoulder, and swung over for the
Foundation Check. With authority, Stud hits the Foundation Check… the ref with no
idea as to what happened makes his way back to the ring, Phantom has left.Viper
J crawls across to drape his arm over GMS...1…2!]
JP: He kicked out!
Sully: Stud getting involved there....
[Brian Ford is more alive to the danger, he roars at Stud who is on the outside to leave.]
JP: Brian Ford taking back control.
[ViperJ hauls himself to his feet, gingerly stepping on his left leg, and grabs
GMS, landing a huge Brainbuster! He then stands up slowly, bathing in the cheers
of the crowd.]
JP: I think I know what's coming!
Sully: It can't be!
JP: It is! Look!
[It turns out to be ViperJ heading for the turnbuckle and very slowly, pausing
quite a few times, climbing up to where, on the top rope, he pauses for a
second, before jumping. He flies through the air, and lands the...]
JP: LowDown!
Sully: No!
[He lies on top of GMS, and Ford counts: 1... 2..... GMS kicks out!]
JP: GMS kicked out!
Sully: I knew he could!
[ViperJ looks furious, and climbs the turnbuckle slowly again. He signals for
the LowDown once more, but, just as he is about to jump, GMS nips up and runs
into the ropes, causing Viper to fall, straddling the turnbuckle!]
JP: Ouch!
[GMS then grabs ViperJ s head, and, after raising an arm in arrogant
celebration, brings him crashing down with the Scorpion Cutter off the tope
rope!]
Sully: Yes!
JP: Good God!
[He covers, and the referee counts, 1... 2... 3! GMS wins!]
Peter Santos: And your winner, through pin fall, Gunman Stinger!
JP: Well an impressive victory for Gunman Stinger here
tonight, but I think we're going to need a medical team for poor ViperJ!
Sully: I'll say! GMS is on a roll!
[GMS celebrates in the ring as a team of EMTs surround ViperJ, the MWF fading to
a commercial.]
Sully: Oh, I think we'd better go to a commercial
JP: I hear that, I'm exhausted!

MWF Tag Team Champion: "Paddy Punch" The Hobo w/Enigma
MWF Xtreme Championship Number One Contender Triple Threat Match
Referee: Chris Forrest
Writer: Adam Kelly
[Audioslave’s Exploder hits the PA, pyros ignite and out comes an irate Stud
accompanied by Amythest. No smiles for Stud, he seems poised for business. Stud
holds the ropes down for Amythest and gets in behind her, she takes the mic from
the ringside technician and hands it to the awaiting Stud. Cheers settle.]
Stud: Folks I’m sorry I am not in a good mood tonight, but
I believe I have just grounds and you all know that as well.
[The crowd cheer.]
Stud: Gunman stole my first win, he knew the Stud Stretch
would do him in, and if that didn’t he was going to fall to the Foundation
Check. So he had a crony run down and inject himself in something that did not
involve him. Not only did GMS bring in someone to take me out, his looks, his
intentions towards my girls is unacceptable! Now I want you good people to have
weekly looks at my gals, hell I’d love it if you could see my Phillies everyday!
But I know ya'll are a little upset you only get to see the lovely Amythest
tonight, but look at how she’s looking!
[The crowd roar.]
Stud: Until the storm settles with GMS and his half-ass
G-Unit rip-off crew, at most 2 of the Phillies will accompany me. In the
meantime, I know you fine folk here in Birmingham will enjoy the beat down of
the Hobo, I thank you for your support.
[Stud walks over to the tech by ringside to hand the mic back but pauses while
leaning over.]
Stud: One last thing… GMS stick your nose in my business
that doesn’t involve you, and I guaran-damn-tee it’ll cost you more than a set
of gold fronts and some bling-bling… you’re marked, and Stud Services will not
relent. Pay attention, because the chump walking out next, is going to get one
hellacious ass whooping, courtesy of Stud INC.
[Stud hands the mic back and the PA system plays the music, Stud helps Amythest
out of the ring and prepares while the opponent enters.]
Odin
versus
Father John Ramsay
Singles Match
Referee: Chad Pattison
Writer: Stefan Mallais
JP: After having seen what took place last week, I’m a
lot more excited about this next match had things gone differently.
Sully: What are you blabbing on about now John?
JP: Well Father John Ramsey pulled of, in my eyes, a gigantic upset last week
when got the win over Gutter Rat.
Sully: That was only one match, and it was a fluke to boot! You and I, along
with everyone at home, know that The Rat Bastard more than deserved to walk out
the victor last Monday night!
JP: Well contrary to what you think Sullivan, reality suggests otherwise. Father
Ramsey defeated Gutter Rat, who not all that long ago had an opportunity to
fight for a shot at Thunder Bull. By my math, John Ramsey must have leap frogged
his way up the ranks!
Sully: Please, who the hell is Father John Ramsey guy anyway?
JP: Oh come on now! He’s been here for months, his return not all that long ago
has been phenomenal and he looks to add to it here tonight. Father John is
taking on Odin!
Sully: Speak of the devil ….
[The lights in the arena dim and the sounds of “Into The Void” by Nine Inch
Nails stats blaring over the sound system sending the crowd into a mixed frenzy.
Never the less a cool, calm and collected Odin appears onto the top of the stage
pausing only to throw his hands into the air, rallying a few more fans onto his
side. Odin walks down towards the ring as he is introduced.]
Peter Santos: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for one
fall. Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at 6’ 6”, 250 lbs. Hailing
from parts unknown, Odin!
[As Odin is entering the ring via the second rope and is just finishing being
introduced he’s cut off by the sounds of an organ echoing throughout the arena,
sending the fans into a jeerfest.]
Sully: The fans don’t seem to be too fond of Father John
here tonight.
JP: Well they’re the ones who keep a roof over our heads, they decide what like
and what they don’t. Unfortunately they’re pretty picky too.
[Father John Ramsey walks out through the curtain and solemnly approaches the
ring, looking very intent. Odin quickly spins around once he’s finished entering
and give the Father a snarling look for having cut off his entrance. Odin moves
to the opposite side of the ring and starts to get the blood circulating by
hoping on spot while Father John enters the ring.]
Peter Santos: Making his way down to the ring next, hailing from Orlando,
Florida and weighing in at 5’9”, 153 pounds, Father John Ramsey!
JP: This could be a monumental match for the Father. If he
can win over Odin here tonight, he’s going to most definitely establish himself
as a top tier guy in the MWF.
Sully: With Odin having two matches tonight, I would imagine that Father John
will be looking to capitalize on that.
JP: Most definitely, Odin is certainly looking to end this as quickly as
possible. The longer this plays out the more things look grim for Odin later on
tonight.
Sully: That’ll teach the arrogant bastard to ditch “TMP” and with a little luck
it might just give him an ego check at the same time.
[Father John Ramsey has reaches the ring and hands his robe over to Chad
Pattison, all the while keeping his eyes fixated on Odin. Odin returns the
stares with a locked gaze of his own. Chad Pattison hands Ramsey’s robe to the
time keeper and then sounds for the bell. As the first “ding” echoes through the
arena Odin jolts forward almost taking off Father John’s head with a mean
clothesline. Father John was evidently caught off guard and pays for it early.
He bounces off the mat and he holds onto the back of his neck tightly.]
JP: And Odin comes out of the gate firing. I don’t even
think that the time keeper had finishes the first ring of the bell and Odin was
already half way across the ring.
Sully: Just like him to pull a cheap shot like that!
[Odin doesn’t waste anytime and he turns to the fallen John Ramsey and grabs
hold of his head, pulling him to his feet. Father John is still feeling the
effects of the clothesline and is still in a daze. Odin feeds a few hard right
hands into the body of Father John before following it with a big left to the
head. Father John takes a step back as a result, holding his jaw in pain. Father
John then snarls and leaps forward with a clothesline of his own. Odin however,
manages to duck the strike in time and once behind Father John, he wraps his
arms around his waist and quickly throws him up into the air with a vicious
German suplex.]
JP: Things are looking good early on for Odin, who’s got
the deck stacked against him here tonight.
Sully: Well he cheated to get the early advantage, that’s the only reason.
JP: I don’t remember that, he waited until he heard the bell, he just reacted to
his quicker than the Father did.
Sully: John, I seen it with my own eyes, don’t try and defend the cheater!
JP: Whatever!
[Odin is feeling pretty good early on after dominating the earl goings of this
match. As he gets to his feet from the move he realizes once again that he
doesn’t have any time to waist and goes back to work on the Father. Odin moves
over to Father John and pulls him to his feet. Odin then pushes the Father
against the ropes and Irish whips him the other way. As the father comes running
back he runs right into the right boot of Odin as it’s driven into his stomach.
Father John doubles over and Odin quickly moves in and brings him down to the
mat with a DDT, which crunches grotesquely. The crowd winces as the Father
pauses in the air momentarily before his body falls lifelessly to the mat. Odin
decides to see if he’d done enough to end the match this early, and goes for the
cover. He hooks Ramsey’s leg and Pattison starts the count … 1 … 2! Father John
kicks out with plenty of time left in the count, but is showing the signs of the
attack.]
JP: Things not looking too bright for Father John here
tonight, looking significantly less impressive than he did last week.
Sully: It’s still early John, and the Father kicked out rather convincingly from
that cover.
JP: It’s not looking good right now, is all I’m saying.
[Odin again doesn’t waist any time as he gets to his feet and drags Father John
into the centre of the ring. Odin then moves over to his feet and starts
wrapping them around his own locking in the figure four. Father Ramsey screams
in pain while Odin smirks in arrogance. Father reaches back for the ropes but
can’t find them, he’s forced back into a sitting position as we see Odin’s quad
muscles flex, tightening the hold. Father Ramsey doesn’t look like he can hold
on much longer, and Chad Pattison is right beside him checking to see if he
submits. Father John however refused to give in, but the expression on his face
suggests he would like to. Again we see Odin’s leg tense up and causes an uproar
in the Father.]
Sully: Come on Father! Hang in there, use your holy powers
to get out of that!
JP: He’s going to need it, Odin’s like a pit-bull with those legs!
[Father John is looking like he’s ready to die, time is certainly against him,
Odin however runs out of patience and breaks the hold, evidently to the relief
of Father Ramsey who grabs hold of his legs trying to comfort them. Odin turns
his attention away from Father Ramsey and moves over to the ropes. Odin climbs
to the top rope and as Father John slowly gets to his feet. Odin then jumps into
the air feet first looking for the Fright-Lite. At the last second Father Ramsey
manages to gain enough awareness to walk into the dropkick but turns it into one
mean powerbomb, using Odin’s momentum. Ramsey collapses against the ropes
slightly, using them to stay on his feet. Odin is on the ground gasping for
air.]
JP: Wow! What a turn of events, Odin’s definitely had the
wind knocked out of him.
Sully: See that, it’s all about faith!
JP: Please, don’t talk about faith! You’ve never been within twenty feet of a
church!
[Father John gets off of the ropes and hobbles over to Odin, he pulls a roughed
up Odin to his feet and using the strength from only one leg, manages to hoist
Odin up and over connecting with a nice suplex. Father John tests out his leg
and sees that he can put a little more weight on his, as he once again gets to
his feet. Odin is brought once again to his feet, now in pretty rough shape. He
is quickly tossed into the corner where Father John follows but by running
through Odin with his forearm. Odin is driven back into the turnbuckle, which
sends him back down to the mat, face first. Odin squirms on the mat, holding his
mid-back in pain with Ramsey looking down on him.]
JP: Ramsey is now in the drivers seat of this match! This
is why I love this business!
Sully: And why’s that?
JP: Because tides turn so quickly, I love it!
[Ramsey continues on the aggressive assault as he mounts onto the back of Odin
and wrenches his neck backwards very violently. Ramsey locks in the hold but
only for a little while, before he drives a hard right hand into the back of
Odin’s head, showing his aggression.]
Sully: Ramsey looks like he’s had enough of this young
punk.
JP: The Father is certainly not showing very much patience right now, I think he
just wants to put this one into the books.
[Ramsey moves into the centre of the ring pulling Odin to his feet and taking
him along. Ramsey however doesn’t manage to get very far as Odin grabs Ramsey
from behind and takes him down quickly with a beautiful side-Russian leg sweep.
Odin, quickly gets to his feet and brings the father up with him, only to spin
him around and quickly drive him back to the mat with a reverse face buster. The
mat thunders from the impact and Odin regains that arrogant smirk. It is short
lived however because he brings Ramsey to his feet again, focusing on the match.
Odin escorts Ramsey over to the corner and lifts him up onto the top rope. As
Ramsey sits on the top rope, Odin climbs up onto the second turnbuckle and goes
to grab hold of Ramsey, only to be met with a hard elbow square in the jaw.]
JP: Uh oh, I don’t like where this is headed Sully!
Sully: Both men in compromising positions here, this could very well decide the
fate of the match.
JP: I’m going to agree with you on this one, I don’t like the odds of winning
the match for the person who’s going to lose this battle.
[Odin responds with the elbow with a hard right hand square in the face. Ramsey
is sent back and nearly over the top with the shot. Ramsey however uses the
momentum to swing back up and deliver an even harder elbow to the jaw of the
much bigger Odin. Odin then drops down onto the top rope as a result. Ramsey
starts clubbing on the back of his head causes Chad Pattison to intervene and
try to stop the shots. Ramsey lays off after a count to 3. Odin then jolts up,
infuriated and starts laying shots into the mid-section of Father Ramsey. Again
Chad Pattison intervenes starting a count. At 4 Odin stops punching, but not
without snarling at Pattison. Pattison then warns Odin to watch himself and the
two exchange words. Seeing the ref is distracted, Father John Ramsey brings his
left leg upwards out of nowhere and drives it straight into the nether regions
of Odin, who doubles over.]
JP: Come on! What the hell was that!?
Sully: A very smart tactic by the Father, that’s what.
JP: My ass! He flat out cheated!
[Ramsey gets away 'scott free' as the ref was distracted by the argument with
Odin. He then gets up onto the top turnbuckle and grabs hold of Odin’s head.
Father John then leaps forward and spins around in the air, pulling Odin back in
the process. As the two reach the mat Father John places his elbow on the throat
of Odin causing the impact onto the mat to drive it forcefully into his throat!
Odin reacts immediately as he rolls around the mat holding his neck in obvious
pain. He then rolls near the middle of the ring and Father Ramsey see his
chance. Ramsey quickly grabs hold of Odin and wraps his legs around Odin’s torso
and his arms around his neck, locking in his cross-face chicken wing! The crowd
erupts in jeers!]
Sully: This is it, Odin’s done for!
JP: Right in the groin, how didn’t the ref see that! It’s bull I tell you!
Sully: Just let it go JP, embrace the victory that Father John is moments away
from.
[The veins in Father John’s arms are bulging as he prevents Odin from breathing.
Chad Pattison checks on Odin who’s face is now beet red. Odin’s limbs, which are
flailing, slowly come to a halt and are visibly losing strength. The big man
hanging in there with everything he’s got, but Ramsey is showing no signs of
letting go of the hold. Odin then tries of throw his elbows back into Ramsey’s
ribs but to no avail. At this point It’s been a very long time since oxygen has
been entered into Odin’s body and it’s showing. His eyes are now becoming blood
shot and hard to keep open.]
JP: Look at the resilience here, Odin just won’t let go.
Sully: He’d better let go soon, he’s got another match later on tonight that he
had to think about.
[Chad Pattison checks on Odin again, and his awareness is at a low. Odin again
tries to swing his arms back into Ramsey’s ribs. One shot connects and this
triggers something in the Father. He loses his patience and noticeably tightens
the hold and jerks back Odin’s neck. Odin’s face winces even more and this is
it, Odin taps the mat numerous times and Chad Pattison quickly calls for the
bell, and starts to pry at the Father’s arms.]
Peter Santos: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner via submission, Father John
Ramsey!
Sully: Did you see that last tighten in the hold? I
thought Odin’s head was going to pop off.
JP: Father John Ramsey really had a tight hold on him, but he still gain the
advantage illegally, which taints this win severely.
[Chad finally manages to get Father John off of Odin and the Father John then
gets to his feet and glares angrily into the crowd as Chad checks on Odin.
Father John’s hymn starts playing once again and the crowd boos even louder.
Father John then begins to make his way up the ramp and towards the backstage
area leaving Odin in the ring being attended to by Chad Pattison.]
JP: Definitely not how Odin would have liked his first
match to go down.
Sully: I didn’t like his chances of winning his match before this one took
place, and now that it’s over, I think he’s got a better chance of winning a
midget contest that to be able to salvage a win over TMP!
JP: It certainly doesn’t look good, but stranger things have happened. But we’ve
got to go to a commercial, so stick around folks, more action on the way in just
a bit!
MWF Television Champion: "The Demon Knight" Fear w/Darla
versus
"Rat Bastard" Gutter Rat
MWF Television Championship Match
Referee: Grant August
Writer: Dom Stoate
[Gutter Rat waits in the ring as the Television Champion makes his way down
the ramp, giving high fives to various members of the audience as he goes.]
JP: And here comes the MWF Television Champion.
Sully: Is it me or does Gutter Rat just jump from title to title? He's only
barely arrived in the MWF after his suspension and he is being gift wrapped
title shot after title shot where as great ones that have been working their
socks off, get diddly.
JP: Don't forget that Gutter Rat has quite a history here in the MWF. Before
he was fired that is.
Sully: Exactly. The man was fired. He shouldn't t even be here!
[Fear climbs into the ring, taking the time to look over the audience. The
bell hasn't even rung yet and Gutter Rat storms forwards, slamming Fear back
off the apron before he even has the chance to get into the ring. Fear drops
down into a standing position on the mats around the ring, holding onto his
face as the fans all start to boo and jeer Gutter Rat. Fear touches at his
face, eyes narrowed as he examines the damage. He would look back up towards
the ring, glaring towards the man in the ring who gestures for him to get
in. Fear drops the title belt on the outside and tears off his t-shirt,
sliding beneath the rope and into the ring. The referee separates the two as
Fear gets up in Gutter Rat s face. As the referee instructs, they both back
off, eyes set on each other as the bell is signalled for and it is rung. As
it is sounded, the referee would take a step back, allowing them to get it
on. Fear is the first to strike. He would whip out a hand, slamming it
across the face of Gutter Rat who stumbles to the side, holding onto his
face. There is no immediate reply. Gutter Rat just stands there, turned
away, holding onto his face.
He would turn around, holding onto his face before cracking into a smile.
Fear would whip out another punch aimed at his face. It would connect,
sending Gutter Rat back a few steps and wiping the smile off his face. The
fans get behind Fear as he hammers a third punch into the Rat Bastard's
face. He capitalises, grabbing onto his head under his arm before aiming a
fist at his face from close range. Gutter Rat stumbles backwards and Fear
goes once again to capitalise. Gutter Rat snaps up, elbowing Fear in the
gut. Fear staggers back as Gutter Rat, clutching to his face.]
JP: Both men with an explosive start but, after Fear taking the upper hand,
it seems to be Gutter Rat that is now in control.
Sully: Pfft.
[Gutter Rat nails Fear in the ribs with another kick, snapping out a foot and
catching him in the chest. Fear cries out, arms clutching around him as he
backs into the ropes. Another kick from Gutter Rat and the referee finally
intervenes, getting between the two. Gutter Rat sneers as the referee checks
on the struggling Fear.]
JP: The Television Champion having trouble against Gutter Rat who has him
cornered.
[The referee pulls Gutter Rat back a few steps, giving Fear a chance to find
his feet again. As soon as he does this, he would lunge at Rat, clubbing him
across the forehead with a flying elbow. Gutter Rat manages to avoid the
second blow from the elbow, raising a hand and stopping Fear from striking
him before whipping out a hand and slamming it across Fear's face.]
JP: Both men using their fists heavily in this match. I won t be surprised
if we see blood here tonight.
Sully: That was a closed fist, JP! A closed fist!
JP: It could well have been, but the referee didn't seem to see it, and
Gutter Rat remains in the match!
[Not only does he remain in the match but he also seems to get the upper
hand, pressing Fear into the corner, forcing his hands into his opponent's
neck and forcing him backwards. Fear struggles to escape the hold but finds
himself unable to do so. Gutter Rat continues to choke Fear in the corner
and, as the referee goes to break it up again, throws an arm, knocking him
back a few steps. At this point, his pocket fans really seem to be getting behind Fear, and
they all begin to chant his name. This seems to really rile him, encouraging
him to pull himself from the corner, visibly shaking with the power of the
support from the fans. Gutter Rat s grip on the champion loosens as Fear
begins to force his way out of the corner, pushing on his opponent's chest
and powering himself out. As soon as he gets the chance to move, he would
dart forwards, lunging at Gutter Rat, hitting a huge drop kick that knocks
Rat onto the backs of his shoulders in a fierce display of acrobatic
ability. Fear picks himself up quickly and gestures for the other man to
find his feet, waiting for him to stand, eyes narrowed as his fans buzz
behind him.]
JP: Fear has turned it around! He now has Gutter Rat on the back-foot!
[Fear waits for Gutter Rat to stand before running forwards and hitting him
with a huge clothesline! His fans all on their feet, wanting it to be the
end for the Anti-hero.]
JP: I think this could be it! Gutter Rat seems groggy and Fear looks to end
this one right here and now!
[Fear gets into position, ready to hit his Fall From Grace! Gutter Rat
staggers about for a little bit before, instead of going for his finisher,
Fear darts forwards, letting Gutter Rat regain his composure and move to the
side, guiding Fear straight into the referee who topples over onto his side,
out cold. Fear doesn't seem to show much regret for what has happened and
manages to still get the upper hand as Gutter Rat seizes the chance and goes
to knock the Champion down with a clothesline. Fear ducks under the way of
it before standing up the other side and nailing Gutter Rat with the Fall
From Grace!]
JP: Fall from Grace! He's got it!
Sully: Yes!
[Fear goes for the cover, forgetting about the fact that the referee is down
on his face. He waits for a moment before raising his head in investigation.
He crawls over towards the referee, shaking him in an attempt to get him to
stand. As he does this, there is a loud boo from the majority of the
audience. The camera turns to show the ramp, EniGma darting down it, chair
in hand. He slides beneath the bottom rope and stands, raising it before
slamming it down hard across the back of Fear, laying him totally out over
the barely conscious referee who is unable to see the goings on. Despite the
heel status of Fear, the audience begin to jeer and boo EniGma all the
louder, recognising him as a member of The Master Plan.]
JP: Oh no! What's all this about?
Sully: It's EniGma! He s just he s just taken him out! Normally I'd be happy
to see EniGma take someone out, but but Fear's gone!
[Fear lays out in the middle of the canvas, groaning and wincing as he
struggles into a standing position. EniGma stands in the middle of the
carnage before, wiping a hand through his hair, dropping the chair with a
clatter onto the canvas. He would pause for a moment before turning and
heading towards Fear again, grabbing onto him and hauling him up into a
standing position. He would hold him there for a moment before hitting him
with The Bolt from the Blue, straight onto the chair! Fear yells with pain
as he is wracked on the canvas. EniGma reaches under Fear and drags the
chair out from beneath him before heading quickly towards the outside of the
ring, noticing the referee stirring. He would drop the chair outside of the
ring.]
JP: No! No, this is wrong! This is damn wrong!
Sully: He just he just hit him with the Bolt from the Blue right onto that
steel chair, JP!
JP: I know, and he has just cost Fear the title!
[Gutter Rat drags himself across the canvas and drapes over Fear as the
referee pulls himself into a kneeling position and begins to make the count,
the audience not seeming to take very well to this....1.... 2..... 3!
The bell rings and Fear s title belt is handed to Gutter Rat by a ring
official. He would clutch onto it, standing with the officials help over
the fallen Fear. EniGma watches on as he backs up the ramp, a half smile on
his face.]
Peter Santos: And the new Maximum Wrestling Federation Television
Champion, Gutter Rat!
JP: But but what business did EniGma have coming down here and costing Fear
the title?
Sully: It's war, JP. EniGma didn t want Fear holding that title, because if
Fear held it, then it was within the walls of The Elite!
JP: And I don t think it would be wrong to assume that a certain man put him
up to it, either
Sully: What are you suggesting?
JP: You know exactly what I mean
MWF Tag Team Champion: Enigma and Tempest
versus
MWF World Heavyweight Champion: "Perfector of Pain" Thunder Bull and Odin
Tag Team Match
Referee: Charles Galliant
Writer: Ed Walker
JP: This is going to be a good one Sully, we've got "The Master Plan" of Tempest and Enigma going up against Thunder Bull and Odin.
Sully: It won't look good for the champion if he comes out of this with a third defeat to Tempest.
JP: Those two aren't the best friends and I doubt that it would be any better after tonight.
Sully: Tempest is an ambitious wrestler and something tells me he wants that MWF World Heavyweight Championship around his waist.
JP: Who wouldn't?
Sully: "The Master Plan" are really growing in dominance, despite losing Odin, they can still dominate the MWF.
JP: "Team Elite" lost Apache and that was a real blow, but in Fear they have a great wrestler.
Sully: Despite Gutter Rat ripping him apart...
[Peter Santos is making his way into the centre of the ring, he looks around at the eight thousand strong crowd who are making a hell of a lot of noise.]
Peter Santos: This match is a tag team contest and is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, weighing in at a combined weight of 484 lbs., representing "The Master Plan", Tempest and Enigma!
[The jeers from the crowd are deafening as the arena entrance begins to glow green and "Heart's Filthy Lesson" by David Bowie hits the PA system. Enigma comes out first with Tempest walking a few paces behind, Enigma's eyes are extremely wide and he looks around the arena in awe. Tempest looks rather relaxed and composed as the two men pause on the entrance way and taunt at the booing crowd.]
JP: The fans are showing just how much they hate "The Master Plan".
Sully: Why? Why? Why? They are an amazing stable and if the fans would just open their eyes and see that Tempest is in fact a misunderstood genius.
JP: Ha! Genius! He just makes out that he's smart, he's a sick man and he's using Enigma and The Hobo for his owns means.
Sully: The Hobo and Enigma are really coming of age being part of "The Master Plan" and they will look back one day and thank Tempest for all his hard work.
["The Master Plan" team near the ring, they slide under the ropes and Enigma runs to a turnbuckle and stands atop it...looking out at the crowd. Tempest looks smugly around at the jeering crowd, his arms folded in a defensive stance. All eyes are slowly turning towards the turnbuckle which has lost the green glow and awaits the arrival of the opponents.]
Peter Santos: And the opponents, introducing first, weighing in at 275 lbs., from Parts Unknown, he is the Maximum Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Champion, the leader of "Team Elite", "The Perfector of Pain" Thunder Bull!
[Fireworks explode in the entrance way and the MaxiTron lights up with images of the leader of "Team Elite" in action...purple lights flash and through the haze Thunder Bull walks out to a standing ovation from the crowd.]
JP: This man is a revolution, he's a real talent and this crowd appreciate that.
Sully: Fools, they don't see him for the manipulative bastard he really is...one day they will wake up to it.
JP: He's the leader of "Team Elite" and the MWF World Heavyweight Champion, how more respected can you be?
Sully: He's lost touch since winning the belt, he seems so distant and a shadow of his former self...he was hardly focusing on this match, I think the loss of Apache is really affecting him.
[Thunder Bull walks down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans and holding the MWF World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder. He reaches the ring apron and walks round to the steps, he clambers up them and ducks between the ropes. Tempest glances over at his opponent and seems to dismiss him slightly, referee Charles Galliant takes the MWF World Heavyweight Championship from Thunder Bull and the "Perfector of Pain" awaits his partner.]
Peter Santos: And the partner, weighing in at 250 lbs., and one half of the Maximum Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions, Odin!
[A loud cheer goes up as "Into The Void" by Nine Inch Nails comes over the PA system and Odin strides out onto the entrance way. The crowd roar as the words on his t-shirt read "I AM THE MASTER PLAN", Tempest's eyes blaze with anger as he sees this. Enigma looks around wildly as if someone has been shot, he speaks to Tempest but his leader is staring at the t-shirt.]
JP: Odin's really making a statement here tonight!
Sully: It's not a wise one either, I hope he realises just what will happen to him once Tempest gets his hands on him.
JP: The MWF Tag Team Championship that Odin has over his shoulder, what a riddle that is...the tag team champions are currently split with one belt each.
Sully: Odin should just hand it over to Enigma or Tempest and then this would all be solved.
[Odin reaches the ring, he climbs in and stands a few feet away from Tempest. Charles Galliant walks over and takes the MWF Tag Team Championship from him, Odin takes his hands and rips down the t-shirt. Tempest snarls in anger and the crowd explode as Odin charges forward and catches Tempest totally off guard with a right hand! Odin lands another right hand and the bell sounds, Thunder Bull runs over and Enigma is sent crashing out of the ring by the MWF World Heavyweight Champion.]
JP: Odin and Thunder Bull making the stronger start here tonight, Tempest and Enigma are sent packing.
Sully: Tempest was so enraged by that t-shirt Odin was wearing that he took his eye off the game, I guess the great man himself can be distracted if you get it right.
JP: Odin certainly did that, "I Am The Master Plan" had Tempest almost livid with rage.
Sully: That's because Tempest is the real 'Master Plan', not some pretender to the crown.
[Thunder Bull is ordered back to the ring apron by Charles Galliant as Enigma picks himself up on the outside of the ring, rubbing the back of his head and looking very lost. Odin and Tempest are the legal men in the ring and they trade blows to the cheers of the crowd, Tempest ducks a punch from Odin and spins round to behind the MWF Tag Team Champion. The crowd jeer as Tempest locks his arm around the back of Odin's neck and executes a side Russian leg sweep. Odin's back slams onto the canvas and the leader of "The Master Plan" looks over to Enigma for the tag. Enigma stretches his arm and Tempest walks over and tags in his partner.]
JP: "The Master Plan" do have a massive advantage in this match, they have worked together before.
Sully: Odin and Thunder Bull won't have that fluency you get after being a constant tag team.
JP: Odin and Thunder Bull though are two great wrestlers in their own right and I'm sure we'll see that class difference show.
Sully: They're really not that good, Thunder Bull's a glorified champion....just wait until Gutter Rat gets his hands on him again.
[Enigma and Tempest take an opportunity to double team Odin, Thunder Bull watches as Odin is hoisted up by both "Master Plan" members and brought back down to earth with a double team suplex. Enigma covers as Tempest goes to the ring apron, Charles Galliant counts ...1....2! Odin breaks out of the cover to the cheers of the fans.]
JP: Far too early for the cover there, foolish from Enigma.
Sully: Tempest doesn't look too happy...
[Tempest is shaking his head at Enigma. Enigma looks baffled by this, Tempest signals for Enigma to attack. He turns round and the crowd roar as a rising Odin hits a short arm clothesline that sends Enigma staggering backwards. Odin buoyed by the cheers of the crowd opens fire with right hands against Enigma, he roars with delight as he grabs Enigma and executes a DDT. Enigma's head is smashed into the canvas and Odin rolls away and reaches out for the tag from Thunder Bull. "The Perfector of Pain" makes the tag to his partner and Odin stays on the ring apron as the MWF World Heavyweight Champion stands over his fallen opponent.]
JP: This is not a situation that Enigma wanted to find himself in, Thunder Bull's not looking too happy right now.
Sully: Tempest really wants a piece of Thunder Bull, he's calling for the tag from Enigma.
JP: The poor lad can't tag while he's still groggy from that DDT.
Sully: If Odin wins tonight something tells me there will be a revolt in the camp of "The Master Plan".
[Thunder Bull pulls Enigma to his feet, the crowd roar as the MWF World Heavyweight champion quickens the pace and sends Enigma running into the ropes. Enigma comes back and Thunder Bull looks for a back body drop, the crowd boo as Enigma rolls over the back of "The Perfector of Pain". Thunder Bull spins round and catches a roundhouse kick in the jaw from Enigma, the champion staggers backwards and Enigma leaps up looking for a dropkick. The crowd explode as Thunder Bull catches Enigma in mid-air, wrapping his arms around his waist "The Perfector of Pain" reverses the move into a power bomb! Enigma is driven into the mat by Thunder Bull and Tempest shakes his head as Thunder Bull hooks the leg and Charles Galliant counts ....1.....2! Enigma manages to kick out to the relief of Tempest and annoyance of the crowd.]
JP: Thunder Bull showing why he's still one of the most dangerous wrestlers in the MWF.
Sully: Enigma was unlucky there, he almost strung together a few good moves that really would of set him on the path to victory.
JP: All the training he did with Tempest almost paid off...he does look a little wired tonight, his eyes are very wired.
Sully: That stuff he and Tempest were trying, you don't think Enigma's taken some tonight?
[The MWF World Heavyweight Champion fuelled by the cheering crowd pulls Enigma back up to his feet and sends him into the turnbuckle nearest the Odin/Bull corner. Enigma hits the turnbuckle and slouches there, he looks up at the arena lights as Thunder Bull charges from the opposite corner. Odin and Tempest watch on as Thunder Bull looks for a body avalanche into the corner, but as he leaps up Enigma leaps out of the way and Thunder Bull avalanches into the turnbuckle. "The Perfector of Pain" drops away from the turnbuckle clutching his right arm in pain as Enigma scampers across the ring and tags in his leader, Tempest.]
JP: Ouch! Thunder Bull looks to have really hurt that right arm during that failed move.
Sully: He's quite the "Perfector of Pain" isn't he.
JP: You have to feel for him, nothing seems to be going right for him at the moment/
Sully: The vultures will start circling for that belt soon and he'll be cast aside as a failed champion.
[The crowd jeer as Tempest steps between the ropes and he smirks as Thunder Bull is attempting to stands. Tempest calmly walks over and the crowd boo loudly as a viscous kick from Tempest connects with Thunder Bull's injured right arm. Thunder Bull falls to the canvas, screaming with pain as Tempest brings his foot down again onto the arm of Thunder Bull. "The Perfector of Pain" is in trouble, Odin senses this and he climbs into the ring and Tempest is taken down from behind by Odin. Referee Charles Galliant is quickly into the action as he grabs Odin and orders him from the ring. Tempest and Thunder Bull are both down, Tempest holding the back of his head where Odin connected.]
JP: Odin saving his partner there, it looks like that special connection needed for a tag team could well be happening.
Sully: The connection between Thunder Bull's right arm and shoulder doesn't look very special at the moment.
JP: That was malicious from Tempest.
Sully: It was tactical from Tempest, he's got years of experience.
[The leader of "The Master Plan" slowly makes his way back to a standing position, the crowd jeering as he grabs Thunder Bull and pulls him to his feet. The crowd explode as Thunder Bull pushes Tempest away and hits a right hand, but Tempest doesn't flinch. Tempest grabs Thunder Bull and the crowd explode in fury as Tempest hits the Epicentre! Enigma has run around the side and he grabs Odin down from the ring apron, Odin is thrown against the guard rail as the crowd boo loudly. Charles Galliant counts....1.....2.....3!]
JP: What! No!
Sully: "The Master Plan" have done it again, what foresight from Enigma there.
Peter Santos: And your winners, through pin fall, Tempest and Enigma!
JP: This just isn't right, Thunder Bull's been beaten again by "The Master Plan" but through no fault of his own.
Sully: He got pinned, he's the champion.
JP: Have you ever felt an Epicentre? I doubt you could stand up straight after one of those. Tempest has been executing the move for years.
Sully: Still...
[Tempest stands looking triumphant in the ring, he snarls down at the fallen Thunder Bull almost laughing at the MWF World Heavyweight Champion. Enigma climbs into the ring and the two men shake hands as Dynamite begins to fade.]
