[The arena shot opens up this edition of Monday Night Dynamite, with the
sound of "The Everlasting Gaze" by The Smashing Pumpkins pumping out of the
PA system. The fans go wild as the MWF/WEW: Conflict logo spins on the
MaxiTron and we join our commentary team of John Pilkington and Tim Sullivan
at ringside.]
JP: Well we're right here in Madison,
Wisconsin for the second night running and well what a night it was last
night.
Sully: Authority was off the hook and we saw the firing of President
Wayne.
JP: That's Insane Wayne now, no longer will be hold a position in MWF
office.
Sully: Walker's made a foolish move and decided to go it alone in the
MWF.
JP: He's up against stiff competition, the WEW are circling and soon
Conflict will happen.
Sully: I can't wait to see those bastards get what they deserve.
JP: As a warm up to Conflict then Cyberslam includes a fourteen-man
match, with seven of the MWF's best against seven of the WEW's best.
Sully: The MWF World Heavyweight Champion, Thunder Bull, will be leading
from the front and he'll be a competent leader.
JP: He's got one of the most experienced men in wrestling behind him,
with fifty matches under his belt then Doomsday will be a great asset.
Sully: Not to mention the experience of the MWF Tag Team Champions,
"Kronik", and they're a real team.
JP: They know each other inside out....we've also got The Grudge and
Gunman Stinger, two new champions and eager to prove their allegiance to the
MWF.
Sully: Lastly, there is Father John Ramsey who will be in action tonight
against newcomer Steven Douglas.
JP: Well, I wouldn't exactly call Steven Douglas a newcomer.
Sully: True, but "The Enervator" made his way back up through MSW and
he's here now with a new lease of life.
JP: Shall we go back to Authority and remind ourselves of that incredible
piece of drama between Walker and Wayne?
Sully: Why not?
{{{[The MWF CEO is back on his feet and striding down the entrance ramp, the MWF
President is thrown a microphone and he awaits the arrival of the MWF CEO.
Walker climbs up into the ring and walks straight up to the MWF President, Wayne
and Walker stand toe to toe, face to face, nose to nose...]
JP: This is going to be viscous, these two look
mightily annoyed.
Sully: I'm not sure I want to hear this.
JP: Walker's going to blow a fuse right here, he looks absolutely livid with
what President Wayne has said.
[Walker raises the microphone to his lips and speaks.]
Walker: MWF President Insane Wayne, tonight at
Authority you have disgraced the company you represent.
Wayne: Disgraced? You think I'm disgracing this
company?
Walker: Yes. What you have done is unforgivable, you
have meddled where you don't belong...you've ruined two perfectly good matches.
Wayne: That's funny, I thought by appearing myself I
made them better.
Walker: Better? Better? Oh, Wayne, you really have lost
your mind. I am doing my best to protect this company from the WEW and you're
here constantly undermining me.
Wayne: Well, what are you going to do Walker?
[Walker turns away from the MWF President and takes a few steps back. He
turns to face back to Wayne and with a slightly look of sadness in his eyes he
speaks.]
Walker: I'm sorry Wayne, but this is my decision.
Wayne: What decision?
Walker: You're no longer the MWF President.
[The crowd gasp in shock, the microphone falls from the hand of Insane Wayne
and makes a dull thud on the canvas. Wayne slowly walks past the MWF CEO and
continues up the entrance ramp, his face looks shocked and angered all at once.]}}}
JP: And then this happened at the end of the show.
Sully: I've never seen a man so angry in all my life, Wayne was one angry
mother-
JP: He sure was...
{{{[Insane Wayne turns the corner and walks towards the sign saying 'Exit', he
pushes open the door and reveals the frozen and snow filled parking lot. He
walks out and ignores the security guards, he rips off his blazer and slings it
at a nearby car.]
Wayne: Fuck Walker...
[Wayne continues to walk through the snow, his feet leaving footprints in the
snow as he rips off his tie and throws it on the ground.]
Wayne: Fuck Authority...
[The former MWF President pulls off his shoes...hopping along and he takes
his shows and throws them through a nearby car window that sets off an alarm.
The camera focuses in on Wayne as he rips the buttons off his shirt and throws
it on the ground, his trousers follow and he stands there, shaking in the middle
of the parking lot in nothing but socks and boxers. His face is wild, he runs a
hand through his messy hair and screams.]
Wayne: I'M INSANE FUCKING WAYNE!
[The camera cuts out and the credits of Authority roll.]}}}
Sully: Has anyone heard from Insane Wayne since
then?
JP: With any luck he got picked up by the cops for indecent exposure.
Sully: He must of been freezing! I was shivering and I was inside.
JP: I had shivers going down my spine to, but not because of the cold. He
was off his head.
Sully: Well, going back to that match at Cyberslam...Insane Wayne hasn't
been picked to represent the MWF and I don't think he'll be too happy about
that.
JP: Probably not, but I can't blame Walker for not trusting him.
[The camera cuts backstage at Dynamite, Steven Douglas is sitting on a
couch, waiting for his match. He is wearing his ring attire, leather pants
over a singlet, with a Maximum Wrestling Federation sleeveless shirt on. He
is watching Dynamite as it unfolds, as well as some replays of Authority.
Bottle of water in one hand, and cigarette in the other, his cell phone
rings and he puts the bottle down, opens the flip cell phone, and begins to
talk.]
Steven Douglas: Ah, I have been waiting for your
call. We have a very important topic to talk about, one that may very well
affect Conflict. I understand that you believe I have talent, and I do have
to say that I have heard your ideas and am not afraid to let you know that I
am interested. I am not worried too much about Ramsey, I have this match in
the bag. He has no chance, you know that, he is nothing compared to
me. What? Oh, yes, Ed has already said he is fine with it, the ball is in
your court now. I know, that is what I think too, I would be a great asset
to the team, it's just a shame that Ed doesn't realize that. Hopefully, if
all goes well, I will show how much of an asset I am. Yes, my actions last
night at Authority were bold, but they had to be done. My alliance with
Insane Wayne will benefit me in the long run.
JP: Who is Douglas talking to? And what did Walker
say yes to?
Sully: Who knows JP, this conversation is obviously with someone
important though.
Steven Douglas: I realise that you are in the
building, but I think the phone is safer. So, Mr. Harlum, are you ready to
think about what I told you earlier? Good, get back to me and Ed as soon as
possible.
Sully: WHAT? Douglas is on the phone with Ben
Harlum!
JP: That traitor, I knew Walker should have never let him back in to the
MWF.
Sully: Steven Douglas has some serious explaining to do. He is talking to
the enemy!
JP: Not just any enemy, public enemy number one!
Sully: It seemed like he wanted back in so bad.
JP: Well, we don't need him! He was better as "Greenfire" anyway, and he
was still bad then too!
[Douglas slams the door shut as the camera moves back through the door,
only seeing the sign reading 'Steven Douglas' on the front of the door.]
