Wilfire versus Kaos, MWF TV Title Match

Peter Santos: This match is schduled for one fall and is for the MWF TV Title. Making his way to the ring first, the challenger, from Brooklyn, New York and weighing in at 222 lbs., "The Killing Machine", Kaos!

[The crowd jeer as "Till I Collapse" by Eminem plays over the PA system and "The Killing Machine" slowly walks out from behind the entrance curtain and makes his way down to the ring, ignoring the boos of the crowd.]

JP: Here he comes, "The Killing Machine" what kind of a name is that?

Sully: An intimidating one, I mean what is more intimidating, Pilkington? Or "The Killing Machine"?

Peter Santos: And now, the MWF TV Champion, weighing in at 210 lbs., Wildfire!

[The crowd give off quite a big pop as "The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson plays from the sound system and the MWF TV Champion responds to the crowd as he walks down the entrance ramp.]

JP: There he is, the MWF's bright young starlet.

Sully: Two young and talented performers out there, both are luchadores so we could see some real high flying action tonight.

JP: Very true Sully, they both like going up top, although I expect the match to be brief and in the favour of Wildfire.

[Referee Chad Pattison checks both men and then signals for the bell, Wildfire holds his MWF TV Title up to the crowd and then passes the belt to the referee. He turns and is immediately nailed by a clothesline from Kaos. The crowd jeer as Kaos begins to stomp savagely on the MWF TV Champion, Wildfire crawling towards the ropes as Chad Pattison orders Kaos away from Wildfire. Wildfire gets to his feet and blocks a punch from Wildfire, he comes back with some right hands and then knocks Kaos down with a leap up to the head of "The Killing Machine" and headscissoring him to the mat. The crowd roar as Wildfire gets up and immediately heads up to the top rope.]

Sully: He's mad going up top this early!

JP: He's going up, and god damn Wildfire is going to come down!

[Wildfire steadies himself and the crowd cheer as he launches himself down towards the canvas and frog splashes onto Kaos, the body of "The Killing Machine" violently convulses and Wildfire has the cover....Chad Pattison counts...1...2! Kaos rolls the shoulder to the jeers of the crowd. Wildfire picks up "The Wild One" and whips him into the ropes, Kaos comes back and Wildfire hits a spinning heel kick on "The Killing Machine" and he drops to the canvas. Kaos attempts to get straight back up, but he clutches his head and Wildfire runs and dropkicks Kaos straight in the face....Kaos crashes down to the mat. Wildfire hooks the leg...1....2..!]

JP: So close!

Sully: If Pattison counted any faster it'd be illegal!

JP: He's just doing his job Sully, leave the poor referee alone!

[Kaos is dragged to his feet by the MWF TV Champion, Wildfire is caught out as Kaos rakes the eyes and kicks Wildfire in the groin...Kaos lifts up Wildfire and "The Killing Machine" nails him with a huge jackhammer, Wildfire's back crunching onto the canvas. Kaos stands, soaking up the crowds applause before covering the downed Wildfire, Pattison counts...1....2!]

Sully: Why did he waste his time taunting, Kaos you fool you could of won the match!

JP: You're right there Sully, he is a fool.

[Kaos picks up Wildfire and carries him across to the turnbuckle, he lifts Wildfire up onto the top rope and the crowd are nervous as "The Killing Machine" begins to scale the ropes. He reaches the top rope and balances against Wildfire, he turns and pushes Wildfire between his legs and begins to lever Wildfire's legs up for the piledriver.]

Sully: Oh my!

JP: Holy shit!

[Kaos roars to the crowd, who jeer back at "The Wild One" as he looks to hit a piledriver off the top rope, suddenly Wildfire's legs shoot down onto the second rope and he slowly lifts up and Kaos is being flipped over...."The Killing Machine" is sent flying back over Wildfire and back body dropped off the turnbuckle and onto the canvas. Wildfire stays up top and Kaos is layng on his front, Wildfire signals to the crowd who explode as he leaps off the second rope and hits The Crisis, just flipping round in time and hooking the leg of Kaos at the same time. Chad Pattison slaps the mat...1...2...3!]

JP: He did it!

Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, and still the MWF TV Champion, Wildfire!

Sully: Son of a....

JP: Wildfire is proving that he really can beat almost anyone who is thrown against him, what is it a month he's had the title now?

Sully: I don't care!

JP: Well you should, he's a respectable man.

Sully: Ask yourself a question JP, who is Wildfire better than in the MWF?

JP: Umm, a lot of people.

Sully: I want names!

JP: Kaos!

Sully: Alright okay thats true...but one victory doesn't prove everything.

[Kaos is still down on the mat, not moving at all. No medics have appeared to help the young wrestler.]

JP: He's stayed down an awfully long time Sully.

Sully: Where are some medics?

JP: I have no idea! As much as I don't like the poor guy, it is always bad to see a young wrestler in pain.

Sully: Such a future talent.

[A lone medic runs down the entrance ramp, with a bag of equipment, no stretcher.]

JP: One medic?

Sully: Supplies must be running low, for Christ's sake someone help this guy out!

[Wildfire has returned to the ring and is helping the medic with Kaos, the crowd cheer this kind gesture from the MWF TV Champion and he responds with a thumbs up.]

JP: What a sporting gesture...

Sully: He's only doing it to get even more fan support.

JP: No it's because unlike you...he has a heart!

[The MWF's chief Medical Officer and another medic finally sprint down the ramp with a stretcher to the applause of the crowd.]

Sully: Finally!

JP: Thank god for that!

[Kaos is slowly helped onto the stretcher, he still isn't moving as a result of a bad fall after the back body drop from the top rope earlier in the match.]

Sully: I think Wildfire should be arrested for assault.

JP: If we did that then almost the entire roster would be under arrest!

Sully: I tell you someone who should be under arrest....

JP: Who?

Sully: Joe Foale! For being the biggest idiot this side of Illinois!

[The camera cuts backstage and we're in the locker room of Joe Foale, he is sitting down and having a drink of water, staring at himself in the mirror.]

Foale: Damn...you look good tonight...infact you look so good that you could stun Tempest with one punch. Tonight...Tempest is going to realise that he would be better off facing Anarkist because Joe Foale is going to announce his arrival at the summit of professional wrestling.

[Foale's little boy Damien is sitting nearby.]

Damien: I think you announced yourself about three years ago.

Foale: Well this time I'm announcing it properly....I mean, I am going to pull out all the stops and tell the world with the biggest damn microphone that Joe Foale is the best damn wrestler in the MWF...

Damien: ...and beyond!

Foale: Yes, and beyond! I sound like buzz lightyear now you idiot! To infinity and beyond!

[Both Foale and Damien burst out laughing and Foale rocks back on his chair.]

Foale: I think Tempest just needs to lighten up a little, he's too uptight.

Damien: Seems funny enough to me.

Foale: Funny? The guys only funny because people laugh at him, not with him and he doesn't realise that!

Damien: We realise it.

Foale: That's because we have one of these Damien [Foale points to his head]

Damien: I heard Tempest has one of the best wrestling brains in the business.

Foale: He has a brain made for an office job, not wrestling, he's a number cruncher not a bone cruncher.

Damien: Good one, you ready dad?

Foale: Of course I'm ready...

Damien: I think it's time you hit that ring and showed them what you can do.

[Damien extends his hand and Joe takes it and shakes it, Joe Foale stands.]

Foale: You better be rooting for me...

Damien: I always am! Now go out there and kick that guys ass all the way to Ohio!

Foale: Chicago here we go!

[Joe Foale walks towards the door, pulls it open and strides out purposefully.]

JP: Strong words from the MWF's new young hopeful.

Sully: Foolish words, Tempest is going to be on the hunt for him tonight, and Foale's friend is right...Tempest does have one of the best wrestling brains in the business.

JP: It isn't what it used to be, he's almost a veteran now.

Sully: He's not a veteran, he's just a slightly older wrestler, more experienced.

JP: He's a good wrestler, but I think this kid is going to show him a new meaning of the word speed.

Sully: Sometimes you can go too fast in the ring...and he'll make mistakes, and when he makes mistakes then Tempest will pick him off with ease.
