[The arena is slowly faded up to apppear on the camera, the words
March Madness scroll along the screen and a massive firework
explosion rips out of the entrance way, "Debaser" by Pixies hits the
PA system and the fans come alive and wave madly at the camera. The
voice of John Pilkington roars over the noise.]
JP: Hello and welcome to London, England,
for March Madness....we've got all four MWF belts on the line tonight
and it's going to be a stunning evening of wrestling.
Sully: It certainly is JP, I can hardly hear
a thing above all this noise, twelve thousand fans inside this arena
and it's getting pretty damn hot.
JP: The fans are ready for a real
ation-packed night of action, and I don't think they'll be
disappointed.
Sully: Me neither, it should be a great
night....the MWF World Heavyweight is on the line as Thunder Bull
prepares to defend against Tempest.
JP: It's a massive challenge for Thunder
Bull, he's the leader of "The Kovenant" but tonight he faces
Tempest.
Sully: Tempest is the former leader of "The
Master Plan" a great stable, but since then he's turned to become a
favourite of the fans and now he leads the charge against "The
Kovenant" and what I think will be feeble attempts to stop them
winning every single belt.
JP: I can't see that happening, "The
Kovenant" have not been together long enough yet to make that sort of
impact.
Sully: They already have three quarters of
the MWF gold, all they lack is the MWF Tag Team Championships that
"Kronik" are clinging onto.
JP: A brave fight from "Kronik", they have
managed to keep hold of those belts through thick and thin.
Sully: Sozzey and Mak are brothers and it no
doubt helps them when they are inside the ring for sure....but
compared to Thunder Bull and The Grudge they're just not of the same
class.
JP: They've beaten them once, and they will
beat them again that's for sure.
Sully: "The Kovenant" have also beaten
"Kronik", it just happened to be when the belts weren't on the
line.
JP: That's the thing about "Kronik" they can
reall raise their game when they need to, but we must not forget
about the third team in that ladder match tonight, the newly formed
team of ViperJ and Doomsday.
Sully: A fresh team, the two men have become
friends and now they take that friendship and put it to the ultimate
test.
JP: They looked a confident and competent
tag team last week against Gunman Stinger and Insane Wayne, I
wouldn't be surprised if they had a sneaking chance of winning the
belts.
Sully: I find it very hard to see that
happening, but this is a pay - per - view night and anything can
happen.
JP: "The Kovenant" will be looking to make
sure they hold onto their two other belts, the MWF Xtreme and
Television Championships.
Sully: The Grudge and Steven Douglas will
see of all comers, The Grudge has become a much better wrestler as of
late.
JP: He certainly has, and Steven Douglas is
unstoppable...I've never seen such a more improved wrestler since he
came back from MSW.
Sully: The Grudge has a tall order though,
I'd say the tougher of the two matches, he faces Leandro.
JP: "El Mexicano Condena" has been dazzling
the fans with his viscous displays, did you see what he did to Father
John Ramsey on Dynamite?
Sully: It was brutal, Ramsey was a contender
for the MWF World Heavyweight Championship at one point and Leandro
just destroyed the guy.
JP: Speaking of Ramsey, he will have a
chance at defeating Steven Douglas...a hard task for a man who has
lost form and confidence.
Sully: Ramsey would suit the MWF Television
Championship but I can't see any way past Steven Douglas at the
moment.
[We cut to backstage to the boiler room, where we find a
disturbing image. Standing in a shadowed corner, with his long black
hair partially over his face is the Mexican Convict. The Beast is
staring down to the dirty floor, his body shaking with intensity..
His tattooed chest is half hidden behind a silk white shirt, his
wrists covered by black leather cuffs. Leandro suddenly lifts his
face up and leans back against the wall.. Without any expression
passing over his face, the animal reaches a claw up and takes a tight
hold of his silk shirt. In one motion he rips the shirt into two
pieces, as he brings his other huge hand up and takes a swig from a
bottle of tequila! The crowd rumble, as the Beast throws the tattered
rags of the shirt to the side and storms past the camera. Leandro's
bloodshot eyes are as extreme as ever, as he takes another swig from
the bottle and heads up a dark stairway to the arena. The camera
follows his enormous frame up the stairway, as finally reaches the
door at the top and pushes it open with rough force.]
JP: This man is just immense, an absolute
slab of pure muscle.
Sully: He's viscous, he'll rip anything to
shreds and you have to say this week he has been making some nasty
threats to The Grudge.
JP: It will be interesting to see how The
Grudge approaches this match...will he go all out or will he attempt
to conserve some energy ahead of the tag match later?
Sully: Thunder Bull will be wondering the
same thing, go all out to win the MWF Tag Team Championships or save
face and make sure he keeps hold of the MWF World Heavyweight
Championship?
[Standing on the other side, in a well-lit hallway is the smiling
face of Jimmy Pez. He looks very confident, staring at the huge body
of El Mexicano Condena with admiration. Jimmy leads the way to
ringside as Leandro throws his bottle of tequila over his shoulder.
We hear it smash against the tiles, as the Beast cracks his neck to
either side and follows his small manager..]
JP: That Jimmy Pez is a wrestling legend, he
has taken so many wrestlers to fantastic success under his watchful
eye.
Sully: He doesn't half talk does he? Mr. Pez
should just shut up sometimes and let Leandro do the talking.
JP: I don't think Leandro likes to speak
very much...he's more into punching people.
Sully: It's The Grudge he'll be trying to
punch, we'll be back after this to see if The Grudge can keep hold of
the MWF Xtreme Championship!
