I had originally thought a good direction for this site would be to set up a showroom of sorts for home baristas or home roasters to showcase their own setups. Perhaps it would give people ideas they may not have thought of before...workarounds, so to speak. My coffee bar, for instance, was originally my wife's idea to get my coffee equipment off her counters so she could cook! It was a total win/win situation, though, because it also made brewing more efficient with the added organization. So, if some other guy or gal comes across this site and sees it, they might find a solution to a similar problem! Currently, that whole idea is out on the plains rolling around with the tumbleweed, but who knows.
