The Internet Database

This applet is meant to be a mobile bookmark file to be accessible from anywhere on the Internet. I want to avoid copying my favourite bookmarks any time a work on a different computer or with a different browser.

So, here you get to the applet.

Usage

The URLs are grouped by categories - as it is common in catalogs on the Web. The main part of the applet is filled with a tree structure. You can navigate through the tree as in a file manager. In the tree URLs are visualized as documents and categories as files. When you select a URL in the tree, a description of the URL is displayed at the bottom of the applet.
