These are our cats... Smokey (right) and Bandit (left).  The both of them are sisters.  We picked these guys up the same time we got the pups.  All four are going to turn 3 years old in May.  They like climbing trees, hanging out on our roof, killing mice, moles, and swatting birds out of trees.  For this reason Julie had to put bells on them.

This is Haley when she was just a pup.  She likes BIG rawhide bones very much.  She likes to steal stuff from our neighbors yards and just cause mayhem.  She is the wild one of the two dogs.  You are guaranteed to see her asleep on the bed every morning, and taking up most of the room I might add.

This is Jake when he was just a pup.  Jake and Haley are brother and sister.  Jake likes to just be mellow.  He hangs out and tries to mooch treats and just plain curl up at your feet.  Haley just likes to be a goofball, and you can guarantee she will be on the bed in the morning.

This is Jake and Haley on Christmas 1997.  I think by this picture you really can tell they are brother and sister.  They act just like bookends.  They're our twins.

These 2 pictures were taken during a lull in a snow storm on 1/25/2000.  As you can see Jake and Haley love to play in the snow.  They seem to love being outside and will try to go out any chance they can get.  They sure are both goofballs!

This is the newest edition to the house.  She is a Australian Shepherd and her name is Sydney.  She is now 10 weeks old.  So far she seems to be very smart, fiesty, and very cute.  She loves to bark and whine at 4 in the morning.  Something that may be fun for her, but I sure could do without.

First off can you believe this is playing?  The second thing is even though Sydney is the pup and it looks like Jake and Haley are beating her up she tries to push the guys around and usually gets away with it.

Well here's Sydney again.  Do you think she could get any more comfortable???

Well they always say that pets look or act like their owners.  Now I'm not sure if I mimic our dogs or they me... What do you think???

And now here are the guys on Oct. 31, 2000.  What would you do if your trick or treaters looked like this motley crew???
