Some restaurants like to show this because it looks impressive. It looks like an orange, only the part you would eat is actually jello and the rind or whatever you call it is actually orange rind. 1)Get a bunch of oranges. Most other fruits look pretty but make the jello taste bitter. 2) Cut the oranges in half and take out the fruit part ((i.e. what you'd eat)). You might also want to clean the stringy part of the rind/skin/whatever up a bit so it doesn't get caught in the jello. 3) Make the jello as usual, but don't put it in the fridge yet. 4) Fill up your orange skin halves with jello. Any color/flavor will do but orange looks the most natural and blue looks pretty nice. 5) Put them on a tray in the fridge. 6) When the jello isn't a liquid anymore, you can take them out and cut the orange halves into even smaller pieces to make them look more like the pieces of oranges. See? Easy and yummy.
