Go to Start, Settings and your Control
Panel and add the Portuguese (Brazilian) keyboard or the US (International)
keyboard.
Once in your browser, change the
keyboard from English (En) to Portuguese (Pt). This is done
on the lower left side of your screen.
Type the following keys to get accents,
marks and the "ñ":
Type ' and then A
to get á Type ' and then E
to get
é Type ' and then I
to get
í Type ' and then O
to get
ó Type ' and then U
to get
ú Type " and then U
to get ü Type ~ and then N
to get ñ Type Ctrl, Alt
and ? together to get ¿ Type Ctrl, Alt
and ! together to get ¡
To get the regular apostrophe or
quotation marks, type the ' or " followed by a space.
To get capitalized vowels with accents
and capitalized "ñ", simply type the same combinations but with
capital letters. (e.g. ' and A for Á,
~ and N for Ñ, etc.)
Don't forget to change back your
keyboard to En once you are done with the activities.
