The Concept Of Time The year goes by so slowly, and yet, looking back, it all went by so fast. A year starts like a slow-moving train, each day holding a year within itself. All the years fly by before you realize, and before you know, it's all starting over again. This cycle is inevitable; the days with all their years keep coming, bringing with them all the things fate holds: love, sorrow, rainy days and winter snows. The endless days drag on, flying by at an incomprehensible speed. Time is a meaningless word without understanding. A day is never in a hurry to be over, but never lingers longer than expected. We live our lives in a flurry of sunrises and seasons, never tiring of the things life brings. Each hour is unique, as it brings something different to everyone; each day is unique, as it brings a collection of matchless hours; and each year is unique, as it brings a huddle of irreplaceable days.
