Definitions:
- Win % - each team's winning percentage season-to-date
- Points For - total points scored by each team's starters season-to-date
- Breakdown Win % - Winning percentage of each team if they were to play against every other team in
the league each week (11 matchups each week)
- Win % / Points For / Breakdown Ranks - each team is assigned a value based on where they rank
in each stat.  12 points are given to the top team in a stat, 1 point for the bottom.  A 2-way tie for first
equals 11.5 points for each team.
- Power Rank - the average of the three stat ranks, 12 is the highest possible power rank , 1 is the
lowest
