Miki's Scrambled Eggs with Tuna
- so easy even a kindergartner can make it! (Well, that's what Yuu says...)

Here's a quick, easy, and cheap recipe that even bad cooks aren't likey to mess up (Hey, if Miki can make it...) plus, it's good at any meal! Feeds 2 to 4 people.

You will need:
1 tablespoon butter (to grease the pan)
3 eggs
1 egg white (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika (optional)
3 tablespoons milk
Some tuna (about a 1/4 of a can or less, not too much!)
and Miki's secret ingredient...
1 tablespoon mayonaise!

Plus, optional:
Bread (for toast)
and Marmalade!

In a bowl, beat the ingredients together (well, not the butter or the bread, you know what I mean!) add the tuna last. The mayonaise may appear kind of chunky, but don't worry about it, it's OK.
Melt the butter in a skillet on slow heat (like betwen medium and low. Don't cook it on high heat, that's basically the one big mistake you could make!) after the butter has melted, pour in the other ingredients. When the eggs begin to thicken, stir them with a wooden spoon (or break them into shreds with a fork, if you haven't got a wooden spoon) When they have thickened and are not shiny anymore, they are done!

Serve on a plate with a side of toast and marmalade, of course!
