Hardware, Interfacing, and Networking Systems I
Unit Description
This unit includes introductory items such as logging in, file management, and use of a network.  As well, you will be learning some basic HTML as a natural progression from web design using Macromedia software completed in grade 8.If time permits we will include some Javascript into our web pages. We will also look at the issue of privacy and strategies to prevent potential health problems associated with computer use.
Overall Expectations
Hardware, Interface, and Networking Systems (SPV.05I) use correctly an operating system that includes a local network to perform management tasks.
