WEB GEMS- Bot 5th: Cleveland turns a triple play!

Freddy Lindstrom had 4 hits and 2 RBI at Dodger Stadium where the North Eaton
Posy DagGumits beat the Cleveland Mayors by the score of 11 to 7.

Lindstrom enjoyed a big evening at the plate.  He hit a bases-empty home run
(his 1st of the season) in the 4th inning, lined a one-base hit in the 6th
inning, doubled knocking in a run in the 7th inning and delivered a single in
the 8th inning.  Due to a poorly pitched ballgame, scoring in 5 different
innings was still not enough for Cleveland to come away with the victory.

The winning pitcher was Ed Morris(1-0) who allowed 5 runs in 7 innings.
Akinori Otsuka earned the save, his 1st.  Pud Galvin(0-2) suffered the loss
in relief.
