Tom Seaver(1-2) pitched well for Lake Erie in their victory.  He was reached
for 7 hits and 2 walks in 7 innings.  Hoyt Wilhelm was perfect in the ninth
giving him his 4th save on the season. 

The losing pitcher was Sam McDowell(1-2).  The Lake Erie ballclub's record now
stands at a division leading 14-9.  Kelso can't seem to snap out of their
recent 'funk'.  Now they have a miserable 2-8 record over the last couple
weeks.
