Don Sutton came through with a solid 9 innings and shortstop Pee Wee Reese hit
a homerun and had 3 RBI at Candlestick Park where the Sacramento Soches beat
the North Eaton Posy DagGumits 11 to 2.

Sutton(7-5) was in control of the game from the outset.  He didn't allow much,
just 5 hits and 1 walk in 9 innings seeing his ERA drop from 3.64 to 3.43.
Sacramento finished with 17 hits in the victory. 

Jocko Flynn(6-6) took the loss.  He surrendered 5 hits and 1 walk in 1 and 2/3
innings.  'I thought it was my best performance in a long time,' said Sutton.
'I had good command early in the game. I had my control and composure and
everything went well.'
