Overview map of the trip that Ashley will take.  It will be about 6 weeks long

There have already been some changes in the trip.  They are now headed to Long Island, NY from Plymouth, MA  before heading North.
    Ashley will be taking a cruise of sorts this summer.  She will be part of the crew of a real sailing ship.  The Tall Ship HMS Bounty.  Yes, the same ship that Marlon Brando sailed the Pacific in till he sank it at Pitcairn Island.  Ashley will report aboard her on the 22nd of May.

     The HMS Bounty will be leaving Chelsea, Mass. on the 25th of May.  She will sail to Duxbury and Plymouth, Mass. and depart for points North on the 5th of June.  Her course will take her up around Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick before taking a South Westerly heading up the St. Lawrence Seaway eventually passing Quebec, Montreal and into Lake Ontario.  She will then pass through the Welland Canal and into Lake Erie and arrive at Buffalo, NY on the 9th of July.

     I plan on plotting her progress on the map above as she lets me know what it is and will post some of her e-mails about what is happening as she sends them.  While she won't be able to send mail every day I will do it as often as possible.

     So make your self something with rum in it and sit back and follow the links below to the various places that are listed and may we all enjoy the cruise.
