Awareness
and Cancer Facts

|
Michael Brandon Young's legacy will continue. His hard
work at raising Childhood Cancer awareness is beginning to pay off. During all of the
doctors visits, and treatments, Brandon began to notice that childhood cancer was not a
well known disease with the exception of Leukemia, which for a long time many people did
not consider to be a type of cancer.
Brandon announced to his family that he
wanted a symbol that represented the children that are warriors fighting for their lives
against a very mean disease. With the help of his doctors, friends and family, Brandon
chose a ribbon to represent CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS and to remember so many children
that do not have many treatment options. Brandon's goal is to bring awareness to the
special needs of children and their families with the issues of support, treatment and
medical research for solid tumor cancers.
We invite you to join us in our efforts
in promoting the awareness of Childhood cancers by wearing our STAR SPANGLED ribbon. We
also would appreciate any financial support you can provide to help fight the battle
against childhood cancers . Your kindness and participation will mean so much to so many
kids.
