Deadline to enter is Wednesday, March 16
Winners are determined by the last digits of each game in the NCAA Tournament.

For example, on the Sample sheet, you will see that Kansas beat Illinois by the
score, 73-69. On the table, you will find where the 3 for the Winning team (last digit
of Kansas' 73) and the 9 for the Losing team (last digit of Illinois' 69)
intersect. Since it intersects at H4, this box is the winner.
