Ciaran graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree (BCL) from University College, Dublin (UCD). Admitted as a solicitor in 1976 he established his own practice in January 1983.

He is a past Chairman of the Belfast Solicitors Association and he continues to sit on the committee as it's elder Statesman.

He is also a Member of the Management Committee of the Law Centre (NI),sits on the Board of the Corinthian Housing Association and is a Member the Chartered institute of Arbitrators. His outside interests include Heritage Railways and he is currently secretary to the Heritage Railways Association - Ireland Committee.

Qualified in 1988 from Queen's University Belfast (QUB).From the town of Banbridge in County Down he was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990.

He joined the practice in 1995 becoming a partner in November 1999. Although his initial  interest in legal practice lay in the field of Chancery Court he developed an interest in personal injury practice after a close friend sustained catastrophic injury's following a Road Traffic Accident. He has since worked on introducing an educational programme for Personal Injury Solicitor's in Northern Ireland and in 2002 became Northern Ireland's first Executive Committee Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Robert's outside interests include travel, usually by boat at great inconvenience,and golf and he admits to the fact that his handicap is his game.

Having graduated from Trinity College, Dublin. Timothy completed his training with us in 2002. From the town of Lisburn in County Antrim he was admitted as a solicitor in 2002. Timothy has a background in Banking Law having worked for a major Bank in Dublin for a number of years.  He is a keen dynamic member of our team.

He now heads up our Matrimonial Department

Tim is also a a talented [of the rock and roll variety] musician[www.emusic.ie/the beatnickrecordclub] and is developing a reputation for advising up and coming musicians on the perils and pitfalls of the music industry.

The elder Statesman of the firm, Stephen is a very experienced solicitor and he acts as our Consultant in our Conveyance and Probate Department.We have benefited from hsi easy manner and sound advice over many years.

Cathy is the youngest member of our team having just qualified from Queen's University, Belfast (QUB) with an honours degree in Law.Cathy is now commencing her Apprenticeship with us.Cathy speaks fluent Spanish and she is also a talented classical musician and has played in the Belfast Youth Orchestra.

Cathy studied for one year at the University of Saragosa and she has also studied medical ethics and clinical negligence law.
