I have updated the R1b SNP file

There are 20 new and revised entries, we now have 204 entries. Of these 122 are either derived for a R1b1c subclade or have been tested for S21 S28 or both.

Changes

1)       I was informed by EA that S25 and S48 define a branch point somewhere between I and R and I and Q respectively, as such they have been shifted, and references updated.

2)    We have 6 new M222+ entries.
