After a long break the R1b SNP page has been updated

Some points
* I have not finished updating the table, but most of the entries I received while I was away have been updated.
* If the file has been updated with your entry, but you did not receive an e-mail from me it is because your ISP has blocked my response.
* There are 26 new or updated entries to date (I have about another 6 or so still to do) and they have the surnames shaded blue.
* They include S21+, S28+, M222+, SRY2627+ and M73+
* If you have new data, or notice any discrepancies or omissions please e-mail me. From now on I will be updating the list on approximately a weekly basis.
* I was not paying much attention to the list in my absence so I may have missed material that was posted to the list.
* I have only updated the table not any of the ancillary material.
