A Story from 'Haunted Montana' by Karen Stevens.
The 519 building has also been featured in the book, 'Haunted Montana' by
Karen Stevens.
In the book, head waitress Ramona Christenson spoke to Karen about the
activity in the 519. She states that there are two ghosts in the building;
one male and one female.
'The male ghost doesn't like it when we get busy in here, or when there are big parties. He likes it quiet.
...Generally we just see a grayish blur and the room will get really cold.'
Kim Smith, a longtime bartender, has seen the apparition of a woman in old-fashioned clothes twice.
Smith also heard a loud crash from upstairs as she was leaving one night, that 'sounded like the whole
ceiling came down.'
In her book Stevens also mentions an unusual cold spot, and picking up a few words from a female voice
on her tape recorder.
