The lover-ly professor herself!

Hi, my name is Heather Rebecca Goldbug. Well, Goldbug is not really my last name, but you can pretend it is. I made it up for...for...I don't remember. I think it was when I was a student at an online Hogwarts. After many months of the name growing on me, I discovered it could have a meaning. You see, I once had a can of gold spray paint, when I was about 10 or 11 years old. Being the psycho girl that I was, I sprayed everything I could find gold. Or at least, everything that I could spray paint without harming. A stick! Pssshht. Gold stick. Newspaper! Psshht. Gold newspaper. A brick! Psshht. Gold brick. Then I found a dead bumblebee, just lying on the ground. Psssht. Gold bumblebee. Gold bug. We actually kept the gold bumblebee in my house for like, months, because it looked so cool. Interesting story, isn't it?


A long time ago, over a year ago, my sister joined an online Hogwarts. I wanted to join too, so badly. I did get to join, but it was so huge nobody knew anyone. About half a month later, I joined another one, a lot smaller. I liked it much more, because everyone knew me. I became prefect, then I became head girl. During this time I was joining Howarts schools like crazy. I couldn't get enough. The idea had come into my head to create a Hogwarts, but 1) I didn't know any html, and 2) I'm lazy. It would be too much work. But naturally, my sister came up with the same idea. And she put it into action. It looked terrible. I told her I would help her, because it looked so bad (only I don't think I said it looked bad). She made me Deputy Headmistress, and that's who I was for a long long time. And gradually the hardest worker went from her to me. Soon she only ran one class, Charms. Now she does basically nothing. I am naming myself Headmistress, because I run this site. Oh, and by the way, I started it out with no html...but now it is all html! go me...


Now for some information about the actual me. I was born in Durham, NC at home (Mom couldn't get to the hospital fast enough, I was in a real hurry after being two weeks late, I suppose I finally decided to see the world). At 8 months I moved to Worcester, MA (that's Massachusetts) to this house and I haven't moved since. I have been Mormon (LDS) all my life and plan on staying that way, I really love my religion. I've also been homeschooled all my life. It's actually kind of cool because it's easy for me to find nice friends in my church, I don't have to sort through 500 people I don't like to find one I can be friends with (okay, I don't know how it is in school, but anyway...) and plus I got to graduate last October, (October 2001) by taking the GED (General Education Developement) test (and I was 16 and possibly still am depending on today's date). In January, 2001, I start english and math at a community college like 10 minutes away. Besides that...I like to read, but I am online so much now that I don't really read much. (I read sometimes though and it makes me very happy) ...but I write. I write a LOT. You can actually go to my little corner of FanFiction.net to see most of my writing. I'm a psycho writer, I've written so much :)
