On Saturday, February 7, we celebrated the 100th day of the current school year!  During center time, Mrs. Miller cooked sausage links and pancackes which gave the kids a yummy visual of the number 100. . . . .

Here are photos from our Nutrition classes with Ms. Carol Pitts from the Macon County Extension Service.  She used games and real foods to teach about making healthy choices for snacks.  She visited our class for six weeks during January and February.

At the last class, Mrs. Pitts presented each student with a certificate for completing the nutrition class.

Playing games made learning about nutrition lots of fun!

The students loved Courtney, a 4-H student who assisted Mrs. Pitts with the classes.
