The Beltz Family
The Father Unit:
His full name is Dr. David Eugene Beltz, but goes by the name Dave. He was born on the
2nd of July, 1949 and died December 7, 2001 from a heart-related illness. His death was
sudden and unexpected; he is deeply missed. My dad had a family practice in Neenah where
he worked as a physician alongside my mom, a nurse practioner. He enjoyed watching his
children play a myriad of different sports. He was a humble leader, a dedicated physician,
and a loving husband and father.
The Mother Unit:
Her full name is Ellen Marie Beltz. She continues to work as
a nurse practitioner and takes care of more than her share of household tasks. She is
also an active member of the community, in such things as PTA, soccer, volleyball, and
other committees.
Her birthday is October 27, 1955. She enjoys golfing, jogging with the dog, chatting
with friends, and hanging out with us kids. Ellen can be reached at

Sister One:
Her full name is Leah Marie Beltz. She is a currently a sophomore at Viterbo, a private
college in La Crosse, WI. She is currently planning on a career as a nurse.
Her birthday is October 7, 1983. Leah spends some time working at a hospital in the area as
well as tutoring grade school children. Of course much of her time is spent with her boyfriend
and other friends. She is a social butterfly. Leah can be reached at

Sister Two:
Her full name is Brooke Ellen Beltz. She is currently a senior at Neenah High
School. Next year she will head off to college- where is yet to be determined. Perhaps St.
Olaf (MN) or Marquette. Her birthday is November 19, 1985. She is captain of the volleyball and soccer teams
at the high school. Like Leah, she also likes to hang out with her friends and chat online.

My Mother's Dog:
Jake is a yorkie-poo, a mixture of a yorkshire terrier and a poodle.
This breed is usually brownish, but as you can see Jake is quite white.
Jake is a fairly good dog, and almost fully
housebroken. He is, however, very cute. Jake likes to play with his
numerous toys, chase things, and chew on people's fingers. Jake as of
now can not be reached at an email address.
My Dog:
Rusty is a mutt, most likely a golden retriever/lab
mix. Rusty was put to sleep in summer of 2000 at the age
of fourteen. He was with our family since I was
eight years old. Rusty loved to play catch (he could
hold 4 tennis balls at once). He was
an excellent pillow, and quite a clown. Over the
years, Rusty had a couple run-ins with the law
as well as a couple runaway attempts. He was loved
