This service is very different from normal post and phone in that the recipient pays the cost. This is contrary to traditional thinking and results in hesitation by potential users. While we do record the date and time of delivery of messages, this is for our internal systems. We are currently not providing such confirmations to the sender. But we are also working on a program for that.
