I began training in Soo Bahk Do under Sa Bom Nim Poppo at the age of eight, in March of 1999. Sa Bom Nim, along with the other instructors of the Moo Duk Kwan Academy helped to shape my life through training. I received my Cho Dan in November of 2003 and Ee Dan in November 2007. I currently teach at the MDKAcademy while still under the tutelage of Sa Bom Nim.
